Damaged delivery

Nope I would not pick this model.

Kept losing sound and cracking in and out on the volume. Thought the first one was just a quality issue. After retiring the first one remounting and checking same thing.

Bad service

Best bang for your buck for a budget TV

I wanted to purchase an additional TV, but not pay too much. Was hoping for true Black Friday deals but nobody got them. Only wanted to pay max $150. I gave the no-name brand Hisense a shot. The picture was great, but the android OS is terrible. Bloatware you can't remove for additional storage and the sound sounds like it's coming out of a tunnel. So, I had to double my budget to $300 and went with Roku again and it never disappoints. Extremely minimal to nonexistent bloatware which you can delete. Simplistic home screen, simplistic remote that gets you from point A to point B. Picture is amazing on all angles, sound is decent. My 2017 Sharp Roku honestly has better sound but this 2023 model is still pretty good. Roku TVs are the ones to beat in TVs because there's no ads in your face, complicated home screen, big detailed remotes. It's simple, easy to use. I would avoid any westinghouse TV, TCL TV and Hisense. Roku is the best budget TV out there that will last a long time,arguably a lifetime.

I love my TCL BUT My new Select Series even more

It arrived A day early (Monday) hand delivered, with texts & email notifications from Best Buy - Thank you! My TV arrived in excellent condition. I ourcgased as an upgrafe frin my 40 in TCL. The set up took obly a few minutes. The sound is far superior and colors are more dynamic. My only “con” are I wasn’t prepared for the further spacing if the wider outward facing legs and its a bit thicker thsn my TCL. I’m back for a new console to accommodate now. However, a plus, the plug is on the left, which feels more natural for space, unlike the roku. The remote is heavyer, in a good way. I highly recommended.
