Replacement Roku

I do know that I am receiving a less than modernized TV replacement due to the Roku TV a originally purchased no longer being in stock. This one doesn't have a voice activated remote.

Extremely distressed

Spent HOURS on phone both times with heavily accent employees.Still waiting on refund.Best Buy is not the best anymore. Beware :(

Excellent Roku TV

The Roku o/s used to be licence and build into second or third class of TV's. This looks like it's using better technology and the result is outstanding picture and quite a good sound. The smart feature are some of the best on the market. The only complaint I have is the voice remote while it's perfect for this TV it's missing an IR transmitter for backward compatibility with older audio equipment.

The picture quality is outstanding and the sound is an upgrade on the previous Roku TV we purchased several years ago. After shopping around for TVs for weeks, I'm glad we grabbed this one.
