Streaming to this Tv is difficult. All my other TV's (NOT roku) works just fine. Can't figure out how to stream on this which is super annoying since I bought it for my exercise room & main function was to stream workouts

Hardware issue

After working on it and calling tech support I was told it was just a hardware issue. However Best Buy made it fairly painless to exchange the item for a new one. The second tv is working well so far.
