Our purchase of a new ROKU tv was intentional since we use it as our streaming service. Installation was flawless, easy and quick. Our efforts were well rewarded as the tv has escellent sound, picture quality and resolution. Best Buy was useful, willing to help and very easy to deal with. This 55" 4K Roku smart TV replaces a 15 y/o 42" FHD non-smart TV that was beginning to die. I was already familiar with the Roku smart operating system, as I had previously used a Roku Streaming Stick 4K, which is why I decided to buy this particular TV. I am porting the audio to my analog stereo system via the headphone output, so I can't comment on the quality of the TV's built-in speakers. The picture is quite stunning, which is only marred but the extreme reflectivity of the screen such that I have turn off all bright lights and close the blinds on all windows. I do like the fact that Roku included composite video and analog audio inputs, so that I was able to connect my old VCR. I've owned this TV for 6 weeks at the time I am writing this review, and have not encountered any problems so far. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

So I purchased this as an open box item in "excellent condition". Upon bringing it home, it would not find any WIFI signals or connect to its own remote. After two weeks of going round and round with ROKU support they finally agreed to replace the TV. The new TV is amazing! Although we've bought TCL in the past I wanted to stick with the ROKU platform and TCL is now in bed with Google. I'm glad I did because the menus are simple and very snappy. The color of this TV is beautiful. I have no complaints. My only negative is dealing with customer "no-help". I'm sure all manufacturers are the same but they don't want to help you or honor their warranties. You have to stay after them to get any help.

I’ve had this for almost a year now and am very satisfied with the picture quality and the Roku interface. Sound quality is fairly good for a slim large screen tv. For the price, it is well worth it!

We had a failed older smart tv. Uneven pink tinted screen. Now, we have brilliant, saturated, neutral colors.

I previously purchased the 65" version for our family room and when our older 40" died, i found this. for the price and size its a great upgrade, internally better screen and faster reponse in the roku. Enjoying the QLED upgrade from a much older screen

This is our first Roku TV. It was very easy to set up and start watching some programs. We downloaded some apps, which was very easy to do. The color and sharpness of what we have been watching seems quite good. We have found that customizing TV settings and Live channels has been very simple.

This is an awesome tv for its price point. I was most impressed by its sound. No need for a sound bar. Has great clarity and surprisingly good bass response. You get the same great Roku interface experience as you would from an add on device to a tv. If you are on a budget, this is the one you want to buy. This tv will not disappoint.

Bought this as an open box item because there was none left in my region to buy new. True to the reviews I read beforehand, this model was easy to set up, connected right up to a sound bar, and the picture quality was great. This will be used in our second home that may double as a STR, so the spoon feeding of streaming platforms is ideal.

I was not overly impressed with this TV for $350, I thought it would be better but at the same time it's a good TV. The sound is very good and the picture quality is pretty good but not that great. If this TV lasts without any issues, only then will I feel I got my moneys worth. This TV is a sure buy under $300.

Love this TV. Have told others to go purchase. Color is insane. Best TV. Best Buy Manager recommended this and I’m glad he did.

Great TV! Excellent colors, especially considering I'm color blind. I can finally see greens and reds! And I really like the Po remote, particularly the customized buttons Roku FINALLY added. TV turns on quickly, connects well with my Polk soundbar system.

Love this TV! It was very easy to setup and the picture quality is excellent. If you are going to mount it on a tv stand or on a wall, make sure you get the right type of mount. I had to get horizontal rods.

The TV walks you through the setup so you can be up and running in minutes. I can't tell the difference between this and my Samsung that I paid 4 times more for. Even the built in speakers are better, with a feature that adjusts for wall or stand mount sound.

The Roku Plus 55" QLED TV is definitely an upgrade to our TCL 49" LED set. The picture is nice and bright, colors are vivid, darks are rich, and it handles motion scenes well. All of this pairs with Dolby Vision for a really rich experience. Oh also, the auto brightness actually works well on this.

Great imagery, many apps are including on the tv, easy to connect to the wifi. Very lightweight and slender not bulky compared to other brands. Recommend for a bedroom or a play room.

Excellent TV, no issues so far, it was very easy to setup and works with other non Roku devices such as LG or Vizio soundbars and has a lost remote feature. From 1-10 it gets a 10 from me!!!

Picked up this 55" Roku TV for my bedroom, upgrading from a 10 year old 50" Changhong LCD. Its a great upgrade. Picture is crisp, colors are bright, brightness is excellent and TV is very quick and responsive. True, it may not be as good as top brand newest TVs that will cost you thousands, but at this price point its an amazing value in Entry-Mid TV options. Built-in Sound is decent, although i picked up a wireless ROku soundbar, so the sound quality has been taken up another couple notches. After 10 or so days, i tweaked color tint, sharpness and few other options to adjust the picture exactly to my liking. Tweaked the sound output just a bit as well. Roku and all other apps are super fast and work without a hangup. Overall, Im extremely happy with this purchase.

We love our TV, we had to get rid of our broken 75" due to our 2 year old grandson, LOL. But this 55 Roku TV works great, love the Roku features and perfect viewing quality.
