Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish they had on display the TV with something other than their demo. Once I got it home and actually try to play movies or audio, it was not great. The picture goes from the white being super bright, to the overall picture being not bright enough. The sound goes from being way too loud on the bass, then way too soft when people talk. Sometimes when I turned up the volume to hear people talk better, it seemed to make other noises louder and the people talking never really got loud enough.

AVOID Best Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sadly, Best Buy has what once was a great company known for stellar customer service to an unprecedented low level. If you have any issue (like missing parts) forget it. We purchased an Open Box, Excellent Condition Roku 55" Class Pro Series TV from Best Buy. After multiple calls to the store, which routes you to a central call center, I finally reached a person who explained my options were to: 1. exchange the item for a new TV and pay the difference, or 2. get a refund. Considering I already invested time finding, purchasing and hauling a large TV home, these aren't very friendly customer options. What about sending me the missing parts or exchanging it for another Open Box Excellent Condition TV? Perhaps that would raise the bar higher for customer service, so not an option for Best Buy. I've been a long-time customer for Best Buy, but a lot has changed for the worse. I'll take my business elsewhere since it's not worth the hassle.

PIECE OF JUNK!

Quality is decent, but the Wi-Fi connectivity is non-existent. It's always disconnecting. I have to restart the TV and manually reconnect to the Wi-Fi EVERY TIME! This issue existed on my first ROKU and the same issue is also prevalent with this new one. What the actual f#$@& ROKU? There's a reason people only buy Samsung or LG. Get yourself together.
