    I'm so happy with this TV! And the Geek Squad set up team was fantastic! They were helpful with the setup, showed me how to navigate the new set and were very efficient!

    The picture on this tv is amazing. And the sound is outstanding, but... But the tv will not play for longer than 2 hrs before it times out, even though the timer is off! I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER. If this is supposed to be a smart tv, why is it so dumb? I would never recommend this piece of dog crap to anyone. Save yourself and buy a real smart tv!

    I bought this TV in December 2025, and was very impressed with the picture quality. However after about a month horizontal lines started appearing on the screen and progressively got worse. Hopefully I will be able to warranty the TV. At this time Roku support is very challenging to deal with.

    Refresh rate issues make this unusable. Roku made a decision here to not allow variable refresh rates and so most shows look like slideshows, even live TV is choppy and blurry. Sports is awful with footballs and pucks having tracer lines across the screen. The backlight bleeds from all 4 edges, and the image quality from side angles is bad. Roku shouldn't be charging even half of what they are for this mess of a TV, and that's unfortunate because RokuTV is by far the best TV OS on the market.

    Fair, AI picture not great for a lower priced TV

    We were surprised that the picture quality was not as good as we thought we would get even for this lower priced TV. And this was their "Pro" model. The AI is not refined and advanced enough to handle the 4K and 4K image upscaler.

    We went with this TV because we love the Roku platform. However...We were so disappointed with the TV itself. Roku needs to either build a better TV or Tem back up with TCL.

    Delivery: if you are a senior or disabled, the delivery fee does not include setup despite what the "sales person" says. now I have to wait till my son comes on thanksgiving to setup the tv. If I new that I would have gone somewhere else.

    Amazing Roku TV to own!

    I Picked up this TV at Willow Grove yesterday, overall great TV, and had amazing quality! It even supports 120 hertz, which makes this even better to have. Only downsides I would give it are it's expensive price, which will cost you a lot of money. I'd say wait until this goes on sale if you want to buy it. Sound quality is great, but sometimes sounds a little delayed, but it still has great sound quality. Great TV to own, would recommend. 9.5/10
