Best Buy delivered it for free and set it right in front of my counter. I lifted it out of the box and set up was a breeze. I had a previous Roku account which switched over very easily. My subscriptions transferred and all the Roku‘s very wonderful features were available. The TV is very easy to see from most angles and has great definition and beautiful colors.

This tv is such a good value. The Roku UI itself is a tad bit sluggish at times but I do really like it.

I like the Roku format and have used the Roku attachments for years. This is my second Roku TV. I had bought another brand and just hated it. Its remote was around 8+" long, with nothing at all on the bottom half. It was difficult to navigate to all my streaming options, or even use standard options (volume, etc.) because it was so huge. As a Best Buy/Geek Squad Total Tech member, I had gotten free delivery and set up on that TV. I chatted on line with them and said I didn't like it and wanted to exchange it for the Roku 55" Series 4K. They were very nice about, came and got the brand new TV I hated and installed and set up the Series 4K Roku for no charge. I'm happy with it. I have three TVs, two are Roku TVs. If I have problems with the third one, I won't even look at other brands this time.

I want a working product !!!!!! I looked forward to the Roku tv / streamer device that does not come with KNOWN ISSUES that kept me from using a just purchased JBL 2.1 Deep Bass sound bar. Not Compatible.... returned and went back to 43" Sharp 4K / Roku tv that is 5 years old with a Better picture than the new Roku plus series. I am overall not Happy with a lot of the current 55" tvs. I purchased and returned a Roku 55" plus series. Not compatible with just purchased JBL sound bar. Also a Samsung 55" QLED, funky display. Seemed to be doing a bad job at adjusting to amount of light in room. Returned..... Hisense 55" seemed to have the best picture but had other problems, sound bar compatibility and some basic design flaws. Seems these Vendors did a real RUSH JOB getting to market that it seems like most manufacturers screwed up. Roku already claiming the new QLED 55" model will have all fixes done for release. There is Something wrong with all 55" models in general struggling to stay ahead but no one is. I'm back to my 43" Sharp 4K UHD/Roku tv and love it even more following the trying of 3 different 55" new models which did not work even close to my expectations. Simple, just not compatible with programming problems that should have been accomplished before releasing the model.
