It has user-friendly, on-screen instructions. As I've only had it for a few weeks, all I can say on performance is, so far so good.

Seamless Roku Hardware and Software

The hardware and software streaming experience are seamlessly incorporated, since they are both made by Roku. The only gripe I have is the Home Screen is too bright at night; illuminating the entire room. The brightness of the Home Screen needs to be the same level as the content that’s being streamed. Other than this, it’s a very solid buy.

All the older TVs in my home have Rokus on them, therefore, I knew I would be comfortable with a TV that had Roku built in, and it didn't disappoint me. The size, sound and picture quality are perfect for the room where it is being used. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The only thing that surpasses my pleasure with this Roku 55" TV is the wonderful customer service I received from Best Buy!

Easy to set up and use with descent screen quality and features. I own 4 of them in different sizes for extra rooms and such. Wouldn't use the base models for main TV in living room though. This one was for a gift to go in an apartment for a friend.
