It was simple to install and add all of our components. Only 4 stars because the free trials included (YouTube, AppleTV, etc) did not work when we tried signing up. Worst part is that Best Buy customer care couldn't remedy the issue after several calls to them. It seemed as if the reps didn't even understand our issue. We have up asking for their help. TV is great, Best Buy customer care is unreliable.

It shows very well, very modern, technologically inclined, and a great to have for those who are into streaming and/or apps. I really like the fact that the tv is 4K because my previous tv's were not. I can see the difference in how clear and well everything is displayed.

We didnt do a ton of research, but found this one in stock at our local best buy. My husband grabbed it and had a great experience at the store with customer service. We have had no issues from set up to use. much better picture than what we had. we will see how long it lasts

Easy to set up and use with descent screen quality and features. I own 4 of them in different sizes for extra rooms and such. Wouldn't use the base models for main TV in living room though. This one was for a gift to go in an apartment for a friend.
