TV is great, customer care not reliable

It was simple to install and add all of our components. Only 4 stars because the free trials included (YouTube, AppleTV, etc) did not work when we tried signing up. Worst part is that Best Buy customer care couldn't remedy the issue after several calls to them. It seemed as if the reps didn't even understand our issue. We have up asking for their help. TV is great, Best Buy customer care is unreliable.

We did a rather costly project, removing 3 windows and closing up wall to hang the tv. Much better than on a setting on cabinet. Happy with purchase
