I have been a member since 2011 and I am loving. I have even recommended best buy store for some of my friends too and they love it. Customer service is on point.

Picked up this TV in a pintch since my other TV died unexpectedly. I plan on making this TV a back up TV in a spare bedrm. For a main TV I wouldnt advice especially if you have an A/V reciever w/passthrough. I personally dont turn my reciever on for every show or game I play. I mean I dont need sround sound when Im playing Uno on my game console or watching the news. I made sure to turn all CEC off on both the reciever and TV. The issue is when the TV audio is set to Auto to allow the switch when I decide to turn on the reciever. The TV automatically turns on the reciever when it turns on. Mind you the TV can tell whe the reciever on and off. The design in the setting is always set to default external audio devices on the Roku setting with no way to change it when put on auto. This is a minor problem that is vary dependent on case by case scenario, but in my opinions their should be a setting on the TV that doesnt defualt to external audio when auto is on. Every other TV manufacturer I used does this. I leave auto on and if my reciever is off when the TV turns on. It stays on TV speakers. Other wise as a TV its not the best picture but gets the job done.

The Roku menu is easy to follow. I bought a sound bar to improve the clarify of dialogue, especially of movies from other countries with heavy accents.
