After I got it out of the box and onto its stand, I plugged it in to begin the setup procedure. The television stayed in for less than 2 minutes, then shut off. It would not turn back on. I contacted Roku support, and they walked me through lengthy troubleshooting steps to no avail. Finally, they told me that I should return the television to Best Buy, after they also advised that this particular model had been recalled. After hearing that, all I could think was "why would any store sell a recalled model?". When I returned it, I was asked if I wanted this "new" television repaired or replaced. I chose option "c" - refund please. Thereafter, I used the refund and paid a little more to purchase a Samsung television, which is my usual "go to." Samsung has always worked well for me. When my daughter was a lot younger, I had purchased a smaller Roku TV for her, and it lasted a long time. I understand that, sometimes, things happen and occasionally devices don't work properly. I was more frustrated, however, that this model - which Roku support acknowledged had an issue - was still being sold. My advice is to make sure that you do your homework before purchasing this model.

I prefer Best Buy over all others. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of there to do everything possible to make sure you are happy.

My only problem with the TV is the way YouTube works. I can't leave an undesirable channel without going back to the home button and starting over.
