    The Best Buy service was excellent, but the TV, while working great, is almost impossible to cast to.

    The TV seems good yet BB customer service terrible. They messed up delivery, couldn’t install as promised ($250 installation fee), very pricey

    Tried the TV. It looked ok. I did a test on fast moving white dot in black background. The display was not good at handling fast moving dot, see motion blurring.

    Was decent tv until all hdmi ports stopped working after 1 year and 6 days. Disappointing, will look for something else

    FIRE HAZARD !!!

    Why I bought a ROKU TV? Because I like Roku products. I still have a Roku 3 that works fine. However, I believe they messed up with this TV! The TV gets EXTREMELY hot in the back! It won't be long before the plastic in the back starts melting! This is a fire hazard! I've never had a TV that gets so hot! This is a basic issue that ALL TV makers have addressed, except ROKU. The picture quality is very strange. Picture quality is too cartoonish. Two HDMI ports are located facing down, which makes it incredibly difficult to connect HDMI cables! HDMI ports need to be EASILY accessible. My serious concern is that excessive heat that it generates. I have a TOSHIBA 55" 55L510U18 that does not get anywhere as hot as this ROKU TV! If ROKU wants to enter the market of selling TVs, they really need to do their homework !!! I will have to return this FIRE HAZARD TV !!!

    I am happy with this tv. However, i had to make a return to receive this tv. It was extreme inconvenience.

    Screen Went Black After a Week

    I was watching a movie and the screen went black. I tried unplugging, turning off & on, power cycling, different outlets and surge protectors - nothing worked. Pretty disappointed.

    This TV didn’t last 2 years. The TV had a good picture and sound, but definitely buy the warranty. It just won’t turn on after 1 year and 10 months.

    I bought a TV on March 30th, and by mid-June, the ROKU TV stopped connecting to Wi-Fi. After 10 days of calls, troubleshooting, and attempts to fix it, the TV gave up and the screen became non-responsive. I called Roku, and they told me to contact Best Buy. Both companies pointed fingers at each other. It's really sad to have wasted $400. Here it says: write a review and maybe win a $400 gift card. Here we go! Hopefully, I'll get my money back this way. HAHA. I don't believe in miracles, but who knows?

    Except , it went bad in two months with a line fown the midfkevand bad pixels… luckily the manager at my locsl best buy at Lakeline exvhanged the btoken tv eith a new one. But you need to join the Best Buy club
