Poor Quality TV - Horrible Service

What I am assuming is the 4K board went out. Pictures are all very dark and colors are inverted. I am disappointed in the TV but more so in Best Buy's lack of customer service. I have been a Total Tech member for years and it's virtually impossible to get this resolved.

Poor Picture Quality

However the quality of the picture leaves a lot to be desired. The color looks faded and washed out and can not be adjusted.

If the colors are looking washed out, you might try setting the Picture Mode to "Vivid". This setting is used to provide intense and brilliant picture for use in rooms with a lot of light. The picture quality is not great compared to the Samsung TVs we have. Not a bad TV but not great.

Good Product but poor screen durability

Roku TV

It will cost me over $200 just to have someone to come and look at it this is horrible for someone who is in a fix income and cannot pay to have it fixed. No more Roku TV ever again.

Screen issues
