    Bought August 2024. Last week screen turned pink. Junk and 2 year purchase of geek squad was useless. They don't service 43 inch and larger.

    Worked fine until it didn’t. Not even 2 years and shows no picture. Factory reset did nothing.

    Garbage I ended paying more for a 55 inch TV that I paid for a 60 inch I was told they no longer made a 60 inch TV but I know it's BS I am so tired of being lied to I want what I paid for originally but best buy could care less I am not happy with this 55 inch TV I paid more for then the 60 inch TV I paid for shame on you I Will never buy anything from Best buy again and I hope other people will do the same shame on you

    The tv was relatively easy to unpack and install. we had a ROKU Device connected to our old tv. Our new tv was able to access everything that we had setup on the old Roku device. The tv has a great picture and is easy to operate. One negative is the sound using just the tv speakers. It has a little distortion when music or singing is involved.

    This TV is the perfect one for me since I only want a good screen, and good sound and this has both. I also love the amount of customizability with picture and sound settings, especially picture because they offer a lot of settings for that. I like how I don't need to aim the remote at the TV to use it and the remote having an aux port for headphones is really cool for listening to TV stuff through that. If you're a similar person to me than this TV is great for you.

    The voice remote is super easy - one touch to favorite app. Plug it in and answer a few questions. The picture is great. This is the way to go - if you’re still entering your password letter by letter - this tv is for you
