    TV was delivered and setup by Best Buy in August 2023. We use it very infrequently (maybe 2 times a month) as it is in a guest area of our home. Turned it on today (January 13, 2024) and there is a pink line running from top of the screen to bottom (see pictures). Best Buy directed me to contact Roku since it was outside their return window. Roku tech service tried to troubleshoot including doing a hard reset and setup again. It was clear from the beginning that something was wrong with the screen as the line is there regardless of channel. I am now awaiting their Tier 2 department to contact me for a warranty replacement (I was told they would contact me in 2 days). Very disappointing to have something like this happen to a TV that is only 5 months old!
