Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I could give this no stars I would we’ve had this TV just over a year, we’ve used it maybe 10 times as it was a great deal or so we got it and it’s in my 3 year olds room. Every time I try to turn on disney + for her or YouTube to watch a show, within 10 mins it kicks us back to the Home Screen. It’s impossible. Now all of a sudden I tried all of the resets etc and it’s not kicking us out of those apps to Netflix instead of the Home Screen. AWFUL.

Buyers beware!

Not only that, the subtitle punctuation was wrong on a couple occasions and the volume was inconsistent. Best Buy said they’ve been getting a ton of complaints about the ROKU TV’s and they’ve only been out about a year. Spend the extra dough for something actually good!

Poor Bluetooth Headphone connectivity

Trash tv. Don’t waste your money

The tv turns on but the screen is black. It only flashes the words Sharp Roku faintly but no picture just a black screen. Customer support unhelpful and rude. They basically said your warranty is expired you’re out of luck.
