    Love the roku..love the app set up..I can talk to the tv and tell it what to play love it.Roku or nothing.

    I got this tv for the main living area in my apartment. I don't really have anything to complain about, the full aray local dimming is really nice and allows for very decent viewing day or night. I haven't used the built in speakers but if I had to guess I'm sure they're not great. Definitely connect it to a sound system.

    Tv has worked amazing, was very easy to install especially with the Sanus wall mount. Definitely would recommend both products

    Bought this tv on march 16 2024 not even 2 months my screen went red and black. Called best buy and they would not let me return it to them because i didnt get their geek squad protection plan my mistake, they said i have to call manufacturer to take of it so called Roku and it is july 2 and still no help with getting my tv replaced or even the money back. I recommend if you buy from best buy always spend your money on the protection plan no tv should go bad in less then 2 months. And because best buy really didnt seem to care they just lost my business.

    Bad Customer Service 1) Delivered a damaged tv that was clearly had damaged exterior packaging 2) Delivered another damaged tv with same exterior packaging damage 3) They attempted a third exchange but canceled my appointment the day of delivery. Even though we had scheduled the date 2 weeks prior 4) currently waiting for another replacement (I bought this a month ago) Each time you call Best Buy expect to spend 30-60 minutes for holds and slow service Overall terrible customer service, you can’t even go the store and have the problem addressed. You are stuck Forget the deals and products, the customer service is so poor that nothing is worth buying online

    Great tv for watching sports

    I ordered this tv after my 60 inch Vizio went belly up. I took some time, did some research, and came up with this Roku 65 inch, QLED 4K smart tv. Setup was easy and pretty quick. After setup was complete, I began watching the 1st week of college football. The color and the light of this tv is phenomenal. I love how vibrant the colors are and how the lighting and automatic dimming of the QLED pixels allow for a clear, colorful, theatre like picture. I didn't realize the difference between 4K LED tv and a 4K QLED tv until I bought this one. It's a definite upgrade. This tv was easy to pair with my surround sound system and makes for a theatre experience when I turn out the lights and watch a movie. I am extremely happy with my purchase and got a great tv for the price ( very reasonable). It was very easy to deal with Best Buy for delivery. I was constantly updated from a week ahead of time right up to the hour before delivery. This made it easy for me to schedule my time to be ready and present at the time of delivery. The delivery person contacted me with a phone call when they were on their way to my house. Overall, this has been a great experience from the day I ordered this tv to the time it was delivered and I set it up. I would highly recommend this tv and ordering it from Best Buy. I give this whole purchase experience two thumbs way up!

    It is not worth 600. The remote is not working and Best Buy has some bad buys simply put.

    I absolutely love my Roku Plus Series 65-inch Smart TV! It's for my family's needs. I'm a huge fan of the Roku operating system, as it's super easy to use. I can find all of my favorite streaming apps right on the home screen, and can easily switch between them. The picture quality is also amazing. The colors are vibrant, and the blacks are deep. I'm really impressed with how well it handles HDR content. I've also been really enjoying the Roku Voice Remote Pro. It's far superior to any other Roku remote I've used before. Overall, I'm happypy with my Roku Plus Series 65 inch Smart TV. It's the perfect TV for my needs, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Here are some of the things I love about my Roku Plus Series 65 inch Smart TV: The Roku operating system is easy to use and has a wide variety of streaming apps. The picture quality is amazing, with vibrant colors and deep blacks. The Roku Voice Remote Pro is convenient and easy to use. The TV is affordable and a great value for the price. If you're looking for a great budget-friendly TV with a great picture quality, I highly recommend the Roku Plus Series 65 inch Smart TV.

    Giving this 5 stars for how good it is *for the price point*. I bought this to replace an older Insignia FireTV 50" that died on me. Set up was a breeze, I think the Roku interface is easy to use and is fast (it's quick to select and move around on the screen). Have all of my streaming apps downloaded and usable. Picture is bold & crisp. I think my ONLY problem with it is that the screen is VERY BRIGHT. Even tweaking some of the settings, it's a bit bright, I had to go into the custom menu and turn the backlight down to 75% and that helped. I did not rate sound quality, because I use a home theater system.

    Roku TVs have always been a favorite of mine for their easy to use and convenient interface, and the picture quality has always been really good for the price. This TV is no exception to that, and actually brings those benefits even further. Roku OS is fast, easy to use, and packed with features I couldn't even find on Samsung. The picture quality is simply amazing, especially for the price you can pick this TV up at. It looks almost like an OLED display, it's so good. I see no TV backlight on dark scenes, either. The TV remote is comfortable to hold and has a number of nice features to it. I have not yet got to test the built in speakers, but I have no doubt they're great since even the cheaper Roku TVs I've owned have had great speakers quality. For this TV being Roku's first TV release on their own brand, they did really, really good here. Definitely do not regret switching to this from a more expensive Samsung QLED. I'll definitely be picking up Roku's OLED TV whenever it releases.

    So far so good! Had this tv for a little over a month and it’s working great! The picture looks great, love the smoothness of the Roku os. Would like to have the ability to chose the 4 buttons for services tho. They do have to additional buttons you can program to your favorite apps so at least we have that! At the end of the day, great tv for the price, would absolutely recommend. Can’t say about the sound, have it hooked up to a 7.1 system.

    We've had high end OLED / name brand TV's, but this one is almost as good. Love the simple ROKU remote; One less device to attach to the TV so simplifies wall mounting. Sound is actually quite good for TV speakers, and black levels are fine with the zoned leds. I think I'll still get another OLED for our home theater when the time comes, but this works great for living room / bedroom applications. We bought a smaller one for a 2nd room too.
