And the service and knowledge of the sales reps and geek squad and everyone that works there is absolutely excellent. I wont buy a tv from anywhere else .

We can see the menu screen but when we click to view a channel, it's black. I don't see a reset button on this TV so we'll see how well the warranty is supported.
