Compelled to subtract 1/2 star due to the difficulty reaching and plugging my headphones (via extension wire) into the back of TV...near-impossible to manipulate my hand behind the TV and the wall it's mounted to. Although the Geek Squad techs pointed out this TV's remote is Roku's 'PRO' model (meaning has headphone port on it!!) I still wanted to be able to access the rear headphone port...just in case. As happened on the 3rd day when the battery-less remote went dead. Oh no!! Thankfully, upon recommendation of the install techs, I purchased a Sanus mount....it angles AND allows sides to be extended....now easy access to headphone jack while remote charges...no viewing interruption. * Beautiful color/picture ("is that a mole on his face ?") * Clean, powerful-enough 'downward front' speakers * Wonderful remote (with it's own special features) * Added to access provided by the mount...Easily 5-stars!!

This TV really is a 5-star for picture quality; however, the wall mount bracket holes are at the bottom of the TV versus in the middle of the back. That means it sits 1/3 higher on the wall than other tv’s with mounting holes in the center. Not a problem if you’re installing a new wall mount; but it’s a big issue when using an existing wall mount. After extensive browsing, I found where it’s explained the Roku holes are now placed lower for the “tv’s center of gravity” not the geo-location center. Would’ve been nice to read that on Roku’s TV description or specifications before I bought it.

Great picture, easy to operate remote, though a backlit remote would be helpful. Difficult to set up for high quality 5 or 7 channel surround sound system, due finding a workaround to access the amplifier's on-screen menu. Well worth the money though. Very Happy.

Holy cow, this TV is amazing! The picture is super bright and vivid, the built-in Roku software is leagues above Android TV and Tizen OS, and there is actual bass from the built-in speakers. The processor is fast and the UI is super responsive and quick to launch apps. Even streaming a 4k show starts immediately. The rechargeable remote doesn't require line of sight and you can plug headphones in to it for watching TV at night. The in-store demo of this TV doesn't do it justice. If you took this exact TV and just slapped a Sony badge on it, it would cost twice as much for this level of TV. Don't hesitate to buy this TV, you won't regret it!

Great color, vivid and deep red and black. Just open the box and plug in, very easy to install. You can get help working your way through all the settings.

The viewing is great. Clear pictures and videos. I also bought a Roku wireless sound bar and that is working very good as well! I had a little trouble getting the sound to where it was good for me since I’m mostly deaf in my left ear from a vertigo attack. I have purchased many electronics from Best Buy through the years and have never had to take anything back. Service and repair work by their technicians is superb as well! Love Best Buy!

Roku is organized! I can navigate to any channel or fuction now! The picture is amazing and never looks dull or lacks colors. the rechargeable remote is another perk! I am going to buy the same tv for upstairs.

Upgraded to the 75 inch by Roku. The TV is awesome except one problem on air antenna only it loops back a second or two and plays it forward 2 or 3 times fast a few times an hour. Like it stutters. I know its the TV because I had a 55 inch Roku then a 65 and now the 75. The only difference is this TV is made by Roku and the other Roku TVs were TCL brand. I keep hoping a firmware update will come out and fix the issue. Never does it on streaming channels. Only watching with the Antenna. The Antenna is the same one for 30 years up in the attic. Two prior TVs didn't do it made by TCL. Just the Roku by Roku.
