Great TV for the Money

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.all of my other tv's in the house are TCL's and i cant see a difference in quality between the TCL5 and the Roku 75 plus. the difference in quality between these and the TV's that cost 2 or 3 times as much just are not worth the extra money in my opinion.

Catastrophic Waste of Money

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As excited as I was to enjoy a reasonably priced UHD TV, this product produced by Roku is an irredeemable piece of crap. Within 24 hours after the return period, the remote would repeatedly give out for no reason and the TV would freeze. After a manual reset of both the TV and the remote, a firmware update was conducted which proceeded to ruin every single streaming service on the TV. Not live TV not Hulu not Netflix, Netflix, and not HBO work anymore. The buffering is constant and often times the apps crash altogether. The TV is hardwired to the router which has an output speed of 100 GB per second, so despite Roku’s assurance that this was my fault, I’m skeptical. More recently while watching TV I heard a loud popping sound and the entire TV gave out and turned off permanently. I would sooner send $800 to the Taliban then I would give Roku another cent of my money for this or any one of their other televisions.

Everything is streamed to including Spectrum. If your thinking about buying a new tv and want to go completely streaming this is the tv for.
