They worked hard and still took the time to help us old folks. Thank you guys, you were the best!

When we first open an app or the input to our satellite, the screen is often black and we have to go back to home and open it again to get it to work. Sometimes (on any app) there is sound but the screen is black. There is a lag when we use the remote. I love having the apps built right into the TV, but this is very glitchy and getting worse after just a few days of use. I would choose something else.

Sports, movies, and shows are sharp and crisp. The TV is heavier than you would think, it weighs 88 pounds but the quality is worth it.
