    Good TV, but mine had a flaw

    Good TV in my opinion, but after spending 2 hours with Roku customer support, we could never get the HDMI ARC port to produce sound on a sound bar. The connection was successful, the TV audio settings recognized the sound bar, the TV remote would power the sound bar up/down, but no sound. Tried everything more than once. Will have to return it if I can't resolve before the return window closes.

    After 13 months the tv completely broke. Got stuck in a "boot loop", and won't turn on. Called Roku, and tried every kind of reboot/reset fix and nothing worked -- different outlets, different cords, factory reset, sent them a video of the problem to confirm, nothing. They then told me that they COULDN'T HELP AT ALL with repairs or replacement since the TV was ONE MONTH past its warranty. Man, your flagship TV product completely crashed after barely a year and you have no zero wiggle room to help me fix it? Fine, whatever, got Geek Squad to come out and they were great. They identified the problem as either a fried Power Board or Main Board. However, Roku uses a second-rate unrecognizable manufacturer, so Geek Squad weren't sure which parts were the correct replacements. They were able to figure out the Power Board after opening the TV up so I ordered that, but they told me to call Roku and ask which Main Board is in their TVs so I could order a replacement (Note: I have to buy the replacement parts myself out of pocket since Roku won't cover anything for their garbage TV). I call Roku... And THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THE PARTS IN THEIR OWN TV PRODUCT. After begging them for 30 minutes to tell me what part they use in the TV they sell, Roku tells me they'll reach out to the manufacturer to ask and will email me with the info. It's been over a week I've heard nothing -- except a message from Roku asking if I got everything I need from their customer service. BUDDY YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO FOLLOW UP WITH ME WITH THE CORRECT INFO ON YOUR OWN DUMB TV SO I CAN PAY TO FIX IT OUT OF POCKET. Completely useless. Geek Squad came back today to at least try replacing the power board -- same problem, stuck in boot loop. This TV is garbage. It's manufactured like trash, it will perform like trash, and will fail you far earlier than it should given the price point. I used to love Roku, it's literally the only smart tv platform I've used since college and I went out of my way to order this TV when I saw it was available -- I'm completely done. Useless product, useless customer service.

    I am 84 years old and sooo thrilled to have my new 75 inch TV! I feel like I am sitting in the movie theater when I was in my teens!!!!! By the way, loved movies :) I used to go to bed at about 7:30 p.m NOW???? not before 10:30 I've become a "bad girl" at 84! Thank you.

    So far I am enjoying the TV. I have not had the opportunity to connect other audio/video pieces to date. Setup was easy.

    The TV itself s pretty good a nice picture and sound. The wall mount was not available thru Best Buy, so I had to go to Amazon to get it. The remote is the reason I'm not giving it a better rating. It constantly disconnects and needs to be charged.

    This is a large great tv. We needed a tv to put in our pool table room with a very clear picture and this is it.

    No no no no no no no no no....... Adrian the store manager at the Best Buy store at WI Southridge told me that it's normal and it's not defective for the TV to look like this look at the photos below. If I buy something I want to make sure it looks right and not broken lol.

    TV is great and high quality, the only issue I got was the first tv, it came with broken screen, I went back to the store and they replaced the tv without problem Great service

    While the tv itself doesn’t seem bad, Best Buy did not do a good job with the installation they were supposed to do. I still do not have audio so my overall experience with the new tv has been poor so far. Although it worked when the installers left, as soon as I turned on my tv again the audio did not work. I’m pretty sure the hdmi connection is not done properly but I can’t lift the tv on my own to check. Further more I rescheduled an appointment for them to come back out but it was cancelled the day before with an email to call the tv manufacturer!! Is this a joke? Ofcourse the next available appointment is another five days in addition to the original five days I had to wait for them to come back out. Save your money and get your tv installed by someone else!

    I'm writing this 11/26/25. The TV was great for about 8 weeks and then all of a sudden the screen went black. I called Bestbuy, they told me to call Roku. It took days for Roku to respond and all they can tell me is they're sending someone to attempt to repair it, if not, they'll replace it. It's been 3 weeks now I've had no TV in my living room and I have family here for Thanksgiving. Bestbuy won't even attempt to help, I offered to just go exchange it for another one, I'll pay the difference if it's a different price, but they won't do anything. Roku has some outside company called ITI do their warranty repairs/replacements, they've also been non-responsive. I understand that sometimes equipment fails for various reasons...what matters is how you correct it and make things right. I've probably purchased 10 TV's and other roku devices over the years, I've spent tens of thousands with BestBuy over the years. You've both lost a good client because you don't stand behind your products and your service is about as bad as it gets. Pay the extra and get a Samsung or LG product from another vendor....you'll be glad you did should something go wrong and you need actual support.
