The product itself is great. the pickup experience at Best Buy was terrible. The person for curbside, tall thin blonde man in his 40s-50s, very rude and unprofessional.

TV FINE/Delivery Organization is Brutal

THE TV WOULD BE FINE IF I HAD IT. Best Buy sold the TV I ordered and have missed the delivery date twice even though another tv of the same model is in the store right now. I paid $250.00 for delivery and installation and am two failed deliveries in to this process. I would recommend the TV, but you might want to buy it somewhere else.
