Love this soundbar! Crystal clear theater sound. Perfect blend of bass and treble that makes it a true pleasure to hear. Easy setup, good instructions, and timely delivery along with a new Roku Tv made this guyca happy fellow for sure! I highly recommend this Roku streambar, and will be purchasing other soundbar products from Best Buy guaranteed!

This review is for Roku 2.0 Streambar Pro + Roku subwoofer + 2 sets of wireless Roku speakers (Front and surround). True 5.1 surround sound. Roku sells the speaker components a la carte, so all the reviews are a la carte. But not this one. Note: This review is from one day with this system.  Set-up: Dead simple. You could not make setting up a speaker system easier. It's pretty close to plug and play. I can't express how easy and simple set-up was.  Build Quality: All speakers have heft, feel weighty, are well made. The finish is matte black. No fingerprints. The speakers blend into any environment.  I first set-up the soundbar by itself. The soundbar sounded okay. Clear, focused, and it got loud without distortion. The "sound stage," however, was not the exceptional, just okay. Audio was very localized to the soundbar. But I didn't care because I was adding 5 more speakers! The soundbar is my center channel! I added the subwoofer. Depth! Real depth! I read reviews that said the subwoofer was overwhelming. I do not find the subwoofer overwhelming at all. The subwoofer knows its place and does its business well, delivering clear, detailed bass notes that are apparent but won't cause your neighbors to call, or muddy dialogue/vocals.   I added the four satellite speakers. WOW. No latency. I can place the speakers pretty much anywhere I want. And no latency! And other than the power cord, no cords! The speakers deliver clear, full, rich, and detailed audio. Press "*" on the Roku remote and you can adjust bass, treble, and other settings for all speakers. You don't get granular, detailed settings, but I don't care. I've had many speaker systems with bells and whistles but rarely ever used them. I don't want to tinker with audio, and this system caters to that. This system is almost set and forget.  People have said the surround speakers are low when listening to music. Nope! When listening to music, click "*" and select "Stereo Music." Voila! Loud stereo sound to all four satellite speakers. Unfortunately, Roku does not include the sound bar when playing music in stereo mode, despite the Streambar Pro having 2.0 stereo capability. This is something I found lacking but not a deal breaker. Music sounds fantastic and big regardless of the soundbar delivering audio while playing music in stereo. The system is automated. When I switch from music to a TV/Movie with 5.1 surround, Roku switches sound, delivering most dialogue through the center channel. The four satellites and subwoofer deliver surround sound, enveloping you in the show/movie. When you switch to music, the system switches to stereo sound, sending full sound to all four satellites. I added this system to my TCL Roku TV, and it integrates seamlessly. One remote to rule everything. No juggling remotes. In the future, I plan to add a Bluetooth turntable to this setup. Based on my experience today, it will likely work flawlessly.  This system is Dolby 5.1. No Atmos. No DTS. But I don't need that. This system is plenty loud and enveloping, delivering 5.1 detail in every way. I recently bought a Vizio M512A (Atmos/DTS) and returned it. The sound was synthetic and the subwoofer was non-existent. The audio distorted at the slightest raise in volume and Bluetooth connection didn't work. IMHO, at this home theater level, Atmos and DTS is pure marketing, something that won't make a noticeable difference in your viewing/listening pleasure. Dolby 5.1 is plenty good.  Overall, from initial experience, Roku smashed it. Exceptional sound and build quality with seamless TV integration and great price. If on the fence, don't hesitate to purchase the entire speaker system!

Bought Echo sound bar so I could hang the streambar under the TV which made installation and setup very easy. Quality of the sound is very good - I like the dialogue enhancer - easier to hear dialogue. I also bought the subwoofer to give a richer sound. The quality of roku products is very good.

It’s super easy to set up & install plus the sound is GREAT! I’ve owned one for about 2 years now and I am very pleased. I’ve been wanting to buy a 2nd for our master bedroom and I finally got around to it this year. I like that we can use it with other streaming devices as well by simply switching the HDMI input channel. Overall it performs very well, the sound quality is amazing and the price is very reasonable. I definitely recommend.

Brilliant product. Perfect for what we needed for a play-room theater. Went in just looking for a Roku, and had no idea Roku had a sound-bar with the player built in. Fantastic! Even better was the fact that that it is the controlling unit for a wireless subwoofer and wireless speakers (should you want to upgrade). I gave up on surround sound over a decade ago due the pain of setting it up and taking it down (especially when you move a lot). Roku has knocked it out of the park with this new system. It doesn't get easier than this to have a decent theater setup that doesn't cost so much that you need a loan and doesn't require you to drill holes in your walls/ceiling/floor. We bought the sound bar first. We added the subwoofer a month or so later, and plan to add the satellite speakers next. It's basically plug and play. You don't need a separate head unit and amplifier. It could not be easier. It might not fit the needs of serious audiophiles, but it will impress 99% of people that want to easily add surround sound and turn their regular tv into a surround sound experience. I'd be saying the same thing if it didn't have the Roku built in, and that is the only reason I bought it in the first place. I can't say enough good things about it.

I intended to just start with the sound bar, but ended up buying the subwoofer and additional speakers. The system quickly synched with the new components as I added them over a few days and the sound is very good. I have a large high ceiling living room and these speakers put out some volume and the subwoofer provides a good level of base. I am not an audiophile so this system is perfect for what I needed. I did have a small issue setting the sound bar up with the TV as I did not realize it requires ARC HDMI for optimal performance. After some tinkering, I figured out my HDMI 2 was my ARC connection and it was smooth sailing afterwards. I happened to have purchased a premium HDMI cable, which I used for the ARC connection. Not sure if a regular HDMI would work, but beware that you may need to buy a premium HDMI cable.

I love it, the sound is great, you can hear the highs and the lows, and the remote is easy to use. The headphones gives great sound. Roku always make sure upgrades are done on a regular bases.

A great upgrade over TV speakers. Streaming interface is good, and the Roku app itself is easy to use. Perfect for those who want better sound but don't have the space or time for a dedicated sound system.

The soundbar sounds amazing!! Bass response is awesome the sounds is great, also having Alexa is a huge bonus. I can just stream my music by asking the sound bar to do so. I know I know, I can just Bluetooth my phone but still this makes it much much easier. Connections were super simple and integrated with the TV seamlessly. Highly recommend.

I like this soundbar-- bought it for the ability to control tv, sound, and Roku with one single remote. Love that. Wish for the price that it came with wall mounting brackets. The sound is pretty good, and setup is easy.

My old Yamaha soundbar never was very good, and I wanted another Roku, so I bought this combo unit to save some space. It sounds pretty good, especially for the price. The amount of bass it can generate is surprising. The options menu gives access to a large number of settings and additional services. The voice command works better than any I've used. It understood what I asked without any training. I've heard people make fun of the "outdated" Roku interface. It's clear. It's simple. It works.

I use roku devices on all my TVs even if they are already smart capable. I just want all the device menus to be the same so my family can go to any tv and know how it works. The roku os is simple and the menu is basic in a good way. The sound bar pro makes things even easier as I don’t have to have any other devices except for the tv for a good viewing experience. It sounds great and I can add more roku speakers or the roku sub if needed. Finally, with this setup and ARC I just have the single simple roku remote for the whole setup. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have mixed thoughts about this item. It sounds better than the T. V. Sound and i use all my streaming services through Roku because my T. V. Does not support HBO/max due to my T. V. Being a LG. The subwoofer helps with the sound and i am purchasing the rears to see if that makes it satisfactory all around. The stream bar sometimes does not respond to the remotes commands but it can be a faulty sound bar. And getting through to Best Buy CUSTOMER SERVICE Is a nightmare.

I really like the Streambar Pro. Sure, the sound on more expensive sound bars may be better, but for the price it's hard to beat. The only connection is through one HDMI-ARC port which works great even when switching over to devices in the other HDMI ports (e.g. DVD player, game system, etc). For the programming I watch, I think the voice clarity is very good, but if you really need that booming bass you can always add the subwoofer. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased a new TV and selected the Roku Streambar Pro 4K to handle the streaming and audio. It has been an excellent choice.The audio is very good even though I am only using it as stereo. A sub-woofer and wireless speakers can be added to get 5.1 playback

Love my Roku sound bar. It is so easy to use. You can add tons of apps. Sound is great for the price. We don't turn up the volume that often. The voice remote allows you to easily search for content/apps, and the results shows all of the available channels you can see it on. So if it is a rental, it will show you all of the purchase options. Sound volume goes from 0 - 100.

Love all Roku products, needed a surround system. PERFECT! Easy setup, nice packaging, great price. Perfect sound, SO much better than the regular tv.
