Works great. Easy to set up. You can stream different apps like Netflix, Hulu,etc. Tons of free channels to watch. Most that we were paying for with cable. We have now cut the cable out. No need to overpay for cable when we can stream on Roku. Sounds great also.

This is a mostly great item. It's extending the life of our TV because the sound had gotten wonky on our TV but this has been an amazing replacement and I wish we'd bought one sooner. The biggest frustration has been Roku crashing. This isn't just with the soundbar, though, and was occurring when it was just through our TV. Overall a great product - I just hope Roku makes some improvements to their app and this doesn't become the new norm.

Roku has done exceptionally with their platform. This soundbar packs the punch many don't! I already had the smaller roku streambar, it's greatbfor small rooms hiwever wajted more. This larger Roku Stream bar is very pleasing! Having one remote is great, easy set up. I do have the wireless surround soeakers as well in a binus room approx 12ftx20ft. Thought about adding the subwoofer but don't really need with this.

Awesome product! Love the sound settings allowing voices to come forward. Love that you can add a sub and additional pair of speakers for true surround. Like that it auto mutes speakers when plugging in headphones. Want awesome sound quality at affordable price AND an integrated Roku? This is it.

Very good full sounding surround sound in my bedroom.Ive also have both Roku Surround sound speakers and the Bass box.To be honest,I probably just need the Soundbar,but if you get the smaller soundbar,You definitely need the full set up because it's a huge difference between the Roku soundbar.

The Roku Streambar Pro combines the functions of their Ultra streamer with a decent sound bar (clear voices and solid, though not great, all-around sound). It is a great buy if this is all you want. But, I also wanted a decent Bluetooth speaker. It does accept the protocol but with a HUGE delay (making it often useless). I would have also liked a headphone INPUT (to make more use of built in speakers). I subtracted a star for each of these input problems. Finally, I'm disappointed there was no mounting hardware. While the list price is $179 (don't pay more), I got mine for less. If you want a subwoofer, the Roku is the only option (which only works in combination with a Roku sound bar). I am very disappointed about these limitations but must admit it is a good sounding bar with an excellent streamer for a good price. TomsGuide says "You can get better overall performance with a cheap soundbar and a Roku Ultra for about the same price." But, I would disagree. I wish I went that route but I'd have spent more. And, this is far simpler.

Excellent add for my bedroom Sony flatscreen TV - the streaming soundbar was an easy add & pairing was simple. The sound really pops even at low volume especially since the sound bar is now paired with the Roku Sub and now passes the low frequencies to the sub. I have a large bedroom with sitting area and the sound fills the room when you need it to, plenty of power.

Pretty easy to set up and use. Does not play incredibly well with my cheap Vizio TV as occasionally there are issues where I have to use the Visio remote to get rid of a pop down. This is pretty intermittent and does not affect overall quality. Roku is a pretty simple and great platform. Occasionally things get a little bit foggy and I have to restart but out of all of my Roku devices this one probably has the fewest of those issues. Definitely recommend. Has excellent sound for a small sound bar and you can always upgrade to more of the surroundsound speakers and subwoofer if you want better sound.

I had a samsung soundbar and sub. It was good, but when i cut the cable, i had to use three controllers since roku doesn't contol a/v equipment. Bought the roku bar and now everything works. Good sound, easy to hook up, eSy to use. Significant improvement.

This Roku Streambar Pro is a great addition to our TV room. As we have used a Roku streamer for years, the transition was seamless. We recently purchased a Samsung OLED TV and the TV speakers sound exits to the rear of the TV. The Roku sound bar makes a big difference to the overall sound quality of the system. No more dead spots. Setup wes easy until the very last step which finally required a call to Samsung support. The issue was the handshake between the Samsung ARC connection and the sound bar. Samsung was very helpful and the problem was resolved in just a few minutes. There was a setting buried deep in the weeds of the TV that had to be changed. We are totally satisfied customers and would highly recommend the Roku Streambar Pro. As it contains its own streamer, we now have an extra Roku Ultra to upgrade the streamer at the lake.

Easy installation. This includes everything we need in one device. We are a Roku family, we love this sound bar.

Better than expected! Geek Squad told me to buy this bar to solve my connection issues with trying to hook up a roku to an older model Sony with no HDMI connections. Regular roku unit would connect but no sound - and I was impressed that this worked! and VERY impressed by the sound quality -- UGH now I am going to half to change out all of my regular roku devices for Roku sound bars - for real! I really love the TV Experience with this sound bar. Didn't know what I was missing before. Roku makes excellent quality products.

This is worth every penny and might be the best streaming device I've ever seen. Not only is it very user friendly, but I can finally watch TV without having to constantly change the volume. My husband and I purchased this after finally getting tired of turning the volume up to hear dialogue and then back down during opening credits or action sequences. It does a great job of equalizing the volume so you can hear people talking and not go deaf at other times.

Sounds great, easy setup. Works smoothly with HDMI-ARC. I’m using it in a pretty small room, and don’t watch many “epic” or “explodey” kinds of things. If you’re in a larger room, or want to feel that bass, you might want to add their subwoofer or satellites, but for me this bar sounds great all be itself. Very transparent, and dialog is ver easy to u deratand,

Purchased the Roku soundbar pro and subwoofer to add to roku speakers and to create a surround sound system. The soundbar is great quality, sounds great and it was easy to create a roku surround system which is mostly wireless. They sound fantastic together. Their definitely are better systems but this is pretty good sound right out the box without a lot of effort to make it work. I would definitely recommend Roku sound products

I bought the soundbar to improve the TV speakers over a recent TV purchase, which was an TCL with Roku. I bought this thinking it would be a natural fit in some ways it is, other ways, but doesn’t work as seamless as you think. Namely, the Roku sound bar has its own Roku interface, separate from the TCL Roku. And it kind of forces you to use that for the set up. Although you can get by it and then just switch and use the TVs Roku, the redundancy I found annoying. Once you get over that I’m able to pair and use the sound bar seamlessly with the original TVs remote and also the Alexa fire cube remote. You just have to stop using the Roku sound bars, remote otherwise it will switch over to that Roku application. Now, for actual use, I thought the sound bar did improve the TV quality and had several modes that enhance the viewing. I switched to dialogue mode which amplified speech well or movie mode, which gives you a little more of a surround presentation. One interesting thing the soundboard does do is that you can pair it with other Roku speakers to give you more of a true surround experience albeit wirelessly. It will not replace a true home theater with an, AV receiver & quality speakers but it can get you started at a affordable price, simply, and without running speaker cables. One negative that I experienced was the sound bar wi-Fi stopped working and would not connect whatsoever. I eventually had to get a USB to ethernet dongle to hardwire the sound bar so it could maintain a connection. Not sure how common of a problem it is but it is a negative.

The sound is great. I wish it it had ethernet port for wired connection for faster connection.

Paired with the wireless speakers and 10" Sub for a great experience. Easy set up, 1 remote controls everything. Replaced a Yamaha YAS207 and definitely happy with the purchase.

I was really surprised by Roku that they could do a soundbar with quality, i have to admit i was skeptical, but glad i purchased it. A great soundbar thats not over price and delivers on sound. If you pair it with the subwoofer and companion speakers you have an great entertainment system. If your on a budget you can slowly purchase each piece separately because it will get pricey. Overall great sound from Roku. 

I consider my self an old timer (60 years young) and have decided to cut the cord and only wish I did it sooner. Love the Pro Bar picture and sound exceeding my expectations! Easy installation also helped. I recommend it highly! David
