tv can do the same thing and Roku programing not great and has commercials

When i turn it on it freezes the picture on the channel I’m watching and i have to turn it off and back on to reset it… so annoying, especially for the price!

The remote is so primitive i returned this item and presently use the remote that came with the LG tv

I own a Roku Ultra 4K (2019 version). I needed an additinal Roku for a differnet TV, so i added this new model to my Samsung S95 OLED. It made an incredible difference! The picture upgrade was instantly noticable. Being that the last model was 4k, I wasn’t anticipating a change. It was a great surprise! In addition, I feel like the sound from my JBL 9.1 soundbar is exponentially better with Dolby and Dolby Atmos content. In addition, my last Roku required a micro SD for all my content. This one has enough memory to accommodate it all. I didn’t expect a huge differnece, but this upgrade was a great surprise! TV: Samsung S95BA, wired ethernet, Soundbar: JBL 9.1

This device is reasonably priced, easy to use, has a long battery life, and has never had any issues.

I now have five Roku products. This is my first Roku Ultra product. It is fast, easy to use, and a quality product for use on my non-4K TV, I imagine when I eventually have a newer TV, the service will be even better.

Piece of cake to get it set up. No problems at all. Quick interface, with minimal lag. Love the voice-remote feature.

I was gifted a Roku from my former place of employment, very forward thinking! But it was not the top of line, and it started to have some issues, like yelling at me that it was overheating. For several months I put a fan behind the tv while using the Roku. Finally on an impulse, I bought one from Best Buy, and I am not sorry! Now not only can I work the tv and Roku from the same remote, but I put the fan away! It all works smoother and faster!

Works perfect and no lag. Easy to use and remote isnt overly conplicated and is perfectly balanced in your hand

The Ultra delivers a really good picture, but even better, it doesn't seem to buffer as often as the Roku it replaced. The remote is not my fav'. I'm actually using my old one with this because it has a better case and the buttons feel better. It's easier and quicker to navigate with the old button remote than the voice one.

Easy set-up. No issues to get up & running! The rechargeable feature is a plus.

We are new to Roku and so far really like it. We have this one at our main TV in our family room, and we bought the smaller version Roku for our bedroom. It was easy to install and easy to use. We just cancelled our Xfinity/Comcast Cable tv, and just have internet now with our Roku.

Ive used many streamers but this one is my favorite. The UI is ridiculously simple. I also hate to use batteries so I also love the rechargeable remote control. And although I haven't used it, the option to plug in your wired headphones to the remote for private listening is a nice touch.

This is my second Roku! I still use my old Roku for the TV in my bedroom, it has never given me trouble. I love the Ultra's the rechargeable battery in the remote and that I can connect my blue tooth speaker for better audio quality when I use my projector.

Easy to setup and use! tons of great features. Highly recommend. Haven't had any issues at all. Though it was annoying to sign in to all my services at the beginning, it functions great now.
