    Love the Roku Ultra. Had a Roku streaming device that was quite a few years old and finally gave out. But this upgraded version and loving the voice command feature as well as the earphones that come the the device. Have nothing bad to say about the Roku Ultra.

    I had the Roku streaming stick it kept overheating even with the extender on it. So I decided to buy the ruko box. So far no freezing when I'm watching love the fact that I can charge the remote control with a USB cord which was included. Haven't tried the earbuds yet since I live by myself I probably won't try them.

    Roku is an awesome streaming platform. apps are fast, the thing has ethernet for consistent connectivity, and can stream 4K HDR. My 4000 USD tv can't stream HDR even when it was new, over a 200 Mbit connection. I cannot give it 5 stars due to Roku's consistently unfriendly policy of not selling remotes with groups of buttons that customers want. one always gets 2+ buttons not used. customizable buttons are a start, but not enough.
