We have a Roku for every TV in our house, love it an duse it every day!!

Very easy to use and to link all my subscriptions. Within 15 minutes I had everything connected, my Roku Remote paired to my TV, all 14 or my subscriptions linked to Roku ,and I was watching my fishing shows. Next is to add surround sound.

I like the free movies but cannot get Roku to sync up with my surround sound, the sound is early when you watch something, Good thing the remote has a jack for my headphones to listen to programs otherwise I would have been returning this Product. If you can get it to work with your tv or your audio system it is a good buy,

Great device for steaming. Works best with more modern televisions with 4K HDR or 1080P.

It is embarassing that a 2023 refreshed model uses a microUSB cable for charging. Why would they do that in 2023? I've replaced everything in my home with USB-C over the years.. this makes no sense except to be cheap and anti customer. Second... The hardwire Ethernet port is only 100 megabits!! After overhead it's more like 90 max. I have movies on my home server encoded at 100 megabits, and files straight off my Sony a6700 digital camera are 100-120 megabits.. even my GoPro hero 12 peaks at 120 megabits so I cannot direct play those either. Same for my pocket 3 camera at 130 megabits. How is this a top tier premium Roku device... Come on....

If only I had known about this one problem I would never have bought the Roku Ultra! When you power off the unit your streaming continues with the TV off. Not only does that spoil the program you were watching when you come back to it but it also eats up data! Another problem is when I switch to using the LG TV then go back to Roku often there is no volume. Nothing I do works except unplugging the power to the Roku and plugging it back in. I hate Roku! I hate all the fluff reviews they get because these are major problems. Another problem, although I thing it is with all streaming devices, is that you can't do slow motion playback. If there is a device that can do that I would definitely consider it.

was great for the first month or so now ahh gotta unplug or restart the device about every min or so due to an issue with the hdmi port get either a black screen static or hdcp error. regardless of hdmi cable or port on tv i try not sure if i bought the warranty or not but gotta look into it since this one seems to be more of a paperweight than a streaming device. or try roku's warranty

Their equipment is crap and is guaranteed to have issues. When you contact customer support to try and get assistance all they will do is blame all of your other equipment including your TV, reciever, router & modem. Doesn't matter to them that the issues will happen when thousands of miles from home when in a hotel, they will still won't admit any issues or even do anything about it. My recommendation is to use any streaming device BUT roku. All 3 of my devices are going in the garbage where they belong!!

Only one problem.....i want to buy another one and i can't find it for the price i paid on 12/2/22.

Love this! so many other channels possible with it! Glad I got the ethernet version.
