The best premium streamer. Easy to use, relatively affordable, and a great remote that controls the TV volume and power.

Good device. We enjoy multiple Rokus bought here at BestBuy. I don't really watch that much local TV anymore, but these devices are well worth. Video settings are easy to manage, very good sound and picture quality. Just make sure you buy a nice HDMI cable as an upgrade. Remote can always have some improvement for elder people though.

Although we had an Android TV that could run streaming apps, the Roku handles these tasks much more smoothly. The streaming experience is much improved. The Roku app menu is easy to use, and the apps load faster than they do on the TV. We selected the Ultra because it has an ethernet input, permitting faster video loading than with the Wi-Fi. It was easy to set up the Roku and load all of our streaming apps. We have had this device for several weeks and are very pleased with it.

Been using Roku devices for years. Needed an upgrade, and this has done well for me so far. I don't use the features like voice commands, but it integrated well with my TV, and it's been very fast compared to my last model (which I'd expected with any upgrade)

I was like you: Is it worth the extra/double the cost of the tier just kne step down? My answer is YES! It blows the other Rokus away in terms of speed, efficiency, and ease of use. The WiFi NEVER BUFFERS or DROPS on this one (yes, it will if it loses signal, but yea, that's every smart device). You need this one. It is better; way better. At least 5x's better. To me, that's worth the difference of one of the cheaper models.

Great streaming device. The best you can get if you are outside Apple infrastructure. Very easy to setup. The remote is top class. My favorite function is find my remote!

The Roku Box is great thus far! It's easy to navigate, has a variety of streaming apps, live TV and much more. It doesn't freeze up like the Xumo Box I had with the cable company and I don't have to pay a bill each month.

I have an older TV and older receiver. I switch our Roku Streaming stick to the Ultra and it has given us a very solid performance. I had issues with the streaming stick freezing and rebooting daily. Also, my older receiver would not get Dolby Digital signal from the streaming stick and when I started using the Ultra, DD starting to transmit and get picked up by my receiver. I was really surprised at that and really made my day!

This is my second new Roku, & I did not get my first one from Best Buy. That was my first mistake, I should have bought it from them. I have automatic response no lag time, picture & sound are excellent. I have no freeze time, for that was the problem with the first one I bought, I have cable, & will still keep it, for it is an added bonus to using my Roku. I like the insurance plan, & how they stand by their products.

I purchased a new Roku Ultra for my wife to use in her quilting room. The Roku was very easy to set up and use. It offers great versatility and is extremely reliable.

I was hesitant to buy the more expensive Roku (Ultra). But when I compared it to my older Roku 4k Stick it is definitely faster to boot up and the recharging on the remote is easy. The box is not big either, it is very low profile so it can be front and center or hidden behind your tv easily.

4k works perfect and easy to use, Wi-Fi never lags like others.

This is a “must have” as an addition to a 4K TV. The voice component is great! We love it
