Crystal clear picture compared to the obsolete *verse box we had. Dropped *verse. Signed up with Philo. We get all the channels we used to watch. Saving $135 a month! SWMBO (she who must be obeyed) loves it! Happy wife, happy life.

Better HD , doesn't have the recurring connection problems as the previous model had. I have to add that the previous model endured numerous power outages over the months of Dec through Feb, The voice control is great too.

Needed a video sreaming unit to integrate with Control4 system for living room- Roku is great choice as you get the apps installed push to the C4 remote

Had some freezing video with the Roku stick, this seems to have cleared with this upgrade. Also, my TV now sees an input signal of 4K and picture is better. Using the headphones on the remote is nice to have as well.

A bit expensive but great Roku. Find remote is great. Always on voice is so/so. Unfortunately remote charges with micro usb, not usb-c so it feels dated.

I upgraded to the Roku ultra because I bought a 4K tv and it was worth it. The picture quality is excellent along with more options for free tv channels. I couldn’t decide between a fire stick or Roku yet many reviews on each service voted Roku as the best option.

Easy to connect. Able to watch all of my streaing services while traveling.

Having installed 3 new SMART tv's, each a different brand and remote operatioin; is not a family friendly teaching assignment. Having a uniform ROKU operation and remote taking over most of the smart functions, and generally a superior product, is a BIG PLUS.

I have been buying Roku products for the past few years. I’m not sure that this is working any better than the Roku sticks. This one got my interest because the remote battery was rechargeable. Overall I think this is better, however the charge doesn’t last as long as I would have thought it should. Also I thought the ear pod port in the remote was some thing I can use. I still think it will be useful for me however ear pods that come with this model are not very good. I will need to buy better quality ear pods.

Roku ultra is awesome, great performance, great price, great product!

Bought to replace my old roku 4 which no longer supported multiple apps (specifically Disney+). It's incredibly fast, with great picture quality and sound. It also works with my Logitech universal remote.

Best streaming device for the money. The latest version has a rechargeable remote (no more batteries - yeah!). It is the only streaming device that has the Xfinity app. It has a ton of free content available through the Roku App and it even integrates with Google and Alexa!

Love the remote. Comes with a USB cable to charge it. Has tv volume control on the side which is really nice, makes finding the volume easy in low light. You can speak to it to get to any apps but using the remote is a few seconds faster.

The Roku Ultra was a step up from the lower priced versions and so I would recommend spending a few more dollars to buy this item. Easy to set up & get the program started.

Plenty to watch if used to cut the cord. Fast, easy to set up, easy to use. The Ethernet adapter allows quick, seamless connections to our network. Overall a good unit that I did buy again for a second TV.

Outstanding, I brought to replace my 3 year old Roku cause now they added Dolby to it and what a difference. Worth the money if you have a older one. Way better picture output.

had to upgrade from the roku stick. it had some issues that I eventually was able to fix but after I had bought the ultra. now I have two rokus. buy it was worth it. this ultra is super quick and easy to access and configure. pretty great upgrade.

Good product, does exactly what I need it to do. Highly recommend the ear buds are actually good and sound nice.

Roku is great! What more can I say? My wife uses it to watch TV from Thailand where she is from. The reception and sound quality are terrific.
