I left Roku for the apple streaming device and the last 3 years I have cussed the Apple Remote. The streaming box is great but there remote sucks then the battery is going dead and it will not charge like it use to. Went to my brothers house and he was still using my Roku I replaced for the apple and when I used it to pull up an app I said “That is it!! I’m going back to Roku and I’m happy again. Roku you have the best remote ever. Never going back to apple

I received my ROKU ultra 4k and it is wonderful. The rechargeable remote, the voice commands, everything is wonderful and I received it with fast and friendly service.

I had the original roku. Bought this one and there was a significant improvement immediately when i plugged it and the picture was great. Great upgrade

Always have loves the Roku product. I will have to say this is the best one for the cost. Works very well. Like the remote with voice, active feature along with the headset being able to connect to it as well.

Very good product. Easy install. Worked right away. Confusion of how to operate requires extensive counseling by brother. Pleased with ability to mirror tablet to TV. Lots of capability to sign up. Quite a bit of free movies, some with occasional commercials.

We upgraded from a 4k stick. The difference is night and day. Surround sound is fantastic, picture quality is far better, and wifi connectivity is improved.

This Roku does Exactly what I needed!! I appreciate the Total Tech staff’s help in choosing one would serve my needs best and work with my LG tv. I needed to stream local channels and a few cable chat, the Roku works great!

The Roku Ultra 4K/HDR/Dolby Streaming Device was very easy to set up and works just fine. I think this device is a solid choice for anyone who wants a streaming hub that's high quality, at a reasonable price.

After years of android boxes, htpcs, nvidia shields, smart tvs and just about everything you can think of- nothing can beat the simplicity and quality of a Roku. They just work and work well

I have two of these in my home in different rooms. I really like this new 2022 4K streaming box. I also tried the highly praised Apple 4K streaming box, but found (at least with my system) it was not as good a picture as the new 2022 Roku Ultra.

Great Roku! This is great for watching tv in our bedroom where we don’t have cable.

I already had Roku on three other tv's in my home so it was just a matter of plugging it in and signing onto the apps I use. The picture is great and setup was easy.

I have a couple of other Roku Ultras and what I really like about them is the ability to plug in a flash drive or a portable hard drive with your own movies on them. This is a great feature because you don’t need intrenet to view your films.US

This is the ultimate Roku! It's fast, reliable & has a stronger Wi-Fi receiver than the other models. You can't beat the Roku Ultra, it's the best streaming device, hands down!!

The Roku Ultra was easy to set up and works very well. This is our 2nd Roku Ultra, and we just discovered the Roku Channel. It has good content including old TV shows. The shows do have commercials, however.

Easy to use and assemble. Remote does not have batteries, has a USB charger. I’d rather have batteries.

Works better than my smart tvs. I like the find the remote feature. Simple setup and easy to use. It probably has even more great features I haven’t checked out yet.

Zero problems so far I use on a smart tv to saves its processor for the picture I use on dumb tv to convert to smart tv Run fubo Netflix Disney etc… no issues after a year
