The power light stays on when you turn off the Roku! I have to literally unplug and plug back in. Plus it gets pipping hot while using it. I put an oven mat and a plastic battery light between the Roku and my DVD player it sits on top of. I read since the last firmware update the light does not turn off. And there are glitches.

Great device. Better than the Roku Stick because you can hot wire the device via ethernet csble

Remote signal is much better. Don’t have to keep pointing at tv to get it to change anything

My experience with Best Buy's customer service regarding this Roku has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After nearly two months of repeated chats, calls, and reassurances from agents, I am still waiting for a refund for an order that never arrived. Despite initial promises from representatives like Sky and Mary that my refund was being processed, nothing materialized. Each interaction resulted in vague assurances, "escalations," and unnecessary delays. Most shockingly, during my latest chat, I was accused of needing to involve law enforcement over an order that was clearly marked as "delayed" in Best Buy’s system—a clear indication of a misunderstanding or lack of thorough review on their part. The time and effort I’ve invested in following up far outweigh the monetary value of the refund itself. This ordeal demonstrates a troubling lack of accountability and poor communication within Best Buy's support team. Customers should not have to chase their own refunds or be subjected to baseless accusations. While I remain patient, it’s only out of principle at this point. Best Buy’s customer service needs to drastically improve its processes and empower its agents to resolve issues efficiently. Until then, I cannot recommend their services without serious reservations.

Easy to set up, and super convenient! Used it for my back yard (non smart) LG TV which now has the ability to use Netflix.

Had to return first one, plug-in power block made bad humming noise. New one seems to be working well. Love the GUI over Firestick. Realy like the ethernet port. Has Dolby Video and Audio.

I love the Roku interface. I bought this for an LG C2 OLED and it performs much better than the native WebOS. Voice commands work well too!

Forgets Apps, Have to unplug & restart it to get them back.

It is our go to gift for friends and family. It has great picture and sound - does Atmos. Works great on a wired network as it has DHCP. Remote is fast and chargeable. If you are feeling broke, it has plenty of free stuff to watch with no monthly fee. The easiest to keep fish tank screen saver.

Roku continues to improve their top to line unit. It is incredibly fast and feature rich. This is my 5th or 6th Roku over the years and they constantly improve with each version. The setup is a breeze, it found my network, configured the remote for universal features and made all the adjustments for my TV. I use the headphones for private listening, the sound is exceptional. The only new feature that I have to get accustomed to is the rechargeable battery feature. It works great, and I like the fact that you can charge it with the included cable from a port on the Roku. Since I use the headphones all the time, I used rechargeable batteries in my previous versions but I was able to replace them when needed. Nothing worse than getting a low battery indicator and then having to charge the internal battery as opposed to popping in a fresh set. Not a big deal, I have learned to keep an eye on the battery level and not having to charge a bunch of batteries and keep up with them is kind of nice. I can always use the Roku app on my phone. The channel choices on Roku are the most expansive I have seen.
