I like the system, it works great and there's plenty of storage on it which was a huge issue with my Amazon fire stick. The only issue is actually with Roku itself, I can't stand that they are completely proprietary there should be a way around and let you download from other sources

Earphones are pretty much worthless. Nice not having to buy batteries.

This purchase is a replacement for an older device of the same model. I like it as you can imagine. There is little difference but I think the memory is faster. It’s still glitching every once in a while and I don’t know why.

Easy to set up. Easy to add and log into my streaming acounts. Remote is easy to use and has voice control. Bluetooth headphones can be used with the app.

This is a great little unit. The headphone plug-in feature is very handy for late viewing when you don't want to disturb others who may be sleeping. Great value. Everyone should have one.

I liked it so much I have purchased 2 more of these. They were easy to set up and easy to use. I got this model because it has the option to connect by ethernet cable and not just wifi.

We just made the big switch from cable to streaming service and the Roku Ultra made that change seamless without having to spend a bunch of money on streaming devices and having to deal with multiple remote controls.

Love this roku ultra device . Much better screen resolution than the basic version .

This my go to streaming device it does everything I need it to wouldn't go any other way. Good quality nicely made and it goes good with my LG G2 TV I just purchased.

This is also good it’s better than the 4k one and it has headphones. And the screen quality is so good.

Easy to setup and operate. There was a fear that the headphones would sound terrible, but they were very good. The only issue we've run into so far was the Roku unit freezing if a program is paused. The Roku reaction to the remote became unresponsive. We could control other devices from the remote, just not the Roku device. We unplugged the Roku unit, counted to 10 and plugged it back in and it worked again.

I loved the product. Unfortunately my wife hates change (we are in our 70's) and didn't like the menu and refused to use it, Thankfully it was no hassle to return to thanks to Best Buy.

I was very shocked how many channels were available on this device. Im able to get local news, music, old shows and new. Its so much cheaper than comcast.

Good update to my old Roku Ultimate. The option to use a earphones is a good update, but not sure about the rechargeable remote is a good thing yet.

Roku streaming is a simple, straightforward interface. This device is fast and efficient. Voice recognition is cool, makes it easier to search.

Excellent, my only way to connect to the internet and stream audio and video. Roku is the best. Easy to use and reliable in quality.

So long to Comcast! Between the Roku live TV and the three streaming services we have, we're saving about $130 a month. Couldn't be happier.
