    After cutting the cord on TV services and going to streaming, I needed a way to hook up the TV to my receiver. This worked perfectly and I could also connect it to the router.

    The Roku helped me with cutting the cord of cable. I was pretty nervous getting rid of cable, but the Roku was very easy to setup and use to start streaming.

    Needed Roku Ultra to have the extra strength to communicate through the wall and to the equipment that was stored in a closet. The Ultra gave that extra boost and reception is superb. Hightly recommended.

    The Roku isn't as fast as an AppleTV but it is fast enough and the Home screen is dead simple to use compared to other streamers. The DirecTV stream app is excellent on Roku!

    One of my TVs had some streaming apps included but some where missing. This device is awesome, it has all the apps I need and the operating system is great! I used to have an apple tv device but this is so much better.

    Have had Roku units for 4-5 years but this was my first Ultra and I think it streams more efficiently and like the programmable buttons that will take you directly to certain services like YouTubeTv or Prime Video.

    The movies view 4 times better clarity than the app on my new 2023 Sony A95L 77" tv. Its beter for streaming than the tv apps.
