I like this system because of the headphone jack. It also seems to have better range as well.

Using with You Tube TV so it is a combined experience. Had trouble with optical sound dropping and having to reboot Roku to get it back. Roku responded with settings to change each time the problem returned. Seems like the last fix of touring the pass through on seems to have solved the loss of sound problem. Like the programmable buttons which is a marriage saver.

This is a great streaming device plus it comes with the remote that will control the TV which I really needed after I ditched cable. Only donwfall I have is that I have to restart it sometimes to get the sound to work.

I can’t even begin to express how important the added speed is to the Roku Ultra. Go back, and you’ll wonder how you ever tolerated the slog that is the Roku Stick, or any of the other ones. This one also does well with 5Ghz, taking some of the load off the 2.4Ghz WiFi band. Unlike other 5Ghz devices I have, this one has good sensitivity and doesn’t have to be close to the router. Performance is good and solid. I haven’t used the voice functions and I’m not sure if I will.

Overall happy with my purchase. However the new remote did not work as well as the previous version. Solved the remote issues by pairing the old remote to the new roku.

Awesome way to turn any older television to a smart TV! Plenty of APPs available to select from best way to find any of your favorites movies, tv shows, events, etc.

Roku is a great streaming device and the model 4802R meets are needs. I did not like the remote requires to be charged versus needing batteries. Otherwise, good purchase.

Using this for an xfinity app to have cable in a bedroom. The device works excellent for what I need it for. This is my second one I've bought.

The roku for the bedroom went great. I simply put in email and 4 digit code. It magically gave apps that we use and,also, took the subscriptions we have

Pros: Streaming is easy, the video quality is great, and the Dolby Atmos capability is nice. Cons: The volume buttons seem to be buggy and will sometimes raise or lower the volume much more than one increment per click. Roku’s customer service is horrendous.

Interface is designed well and allows a consistent TV interface throughout the house. I prefer Roku interface over AppleTV and Fire.

Love this definitely needed it our new TV didn't come with it. Love all the options.
