Boots qickly and easy to use. I prefer the roku operating system over the one in my samsung tv. You don’t get unwanted apps and much easier to find what you want. And finally a rechargeable remote

We love the ease of use and wide variety of options with Roku. It doesn't limit you to anything, we can use all the apps in the world, and the menus are so easy. Among the streaming devices, Roku really is the best one we have found. We got the "Ultra" model because that part of the house has spotty wifi and we thought the bigger model would pick it up better. It does pick it up great. No problems at all. We also buy all our tech devices at Best Buy because the Total Tech protection can't be beat. And sometimes with Amazon you get Chinese knock offs, or items that have been opened and taped back shut sold as new. Best Buy is the only way to buy tech/electronic items, and know you are getting the real thing, hands down the only way these days. The Total Tech has saved us several times too, best protection available, so very worth it.

Love this streaming device. All of my streaming apps in one location, at my finger tips. The remote is the best, I love the volume buttons on the side and you can search for your favorite shows just by using your voice. What more can I say except that I LOVE IT, I LOVE IT, I LOVE IT!

I got this because my smart TV was having trouble on some streaming apps. This works well with no problems and I believe it balances audio too. The remote is a nice too.

The ultra 4k streaming box from Roku works better than the stick and had a rechargeable remote so no batteries to replace. Have bought 3 and converted 3 TVs to Roku. Great product!

No batteries to replace...just a charge...nice! The ultra has such nice features, user interface along with earphone adaptor, remote control locator (when stuck in sofa cushions) and other excellent features that rival cable TV DVR features, too...

The headphone option is awesome, i can watch the tv anytime i want. no need to disturb my kids sleeping at night. the 4k and HDR are really helpful for the new movies releasing with hdr. the rechargeable remote is fantastic. no need aa or aaa batteries. roku is great. very easy to use by older people too. I will recommend this product for all the people and also the senior citizens, for the people in senior care facilities with room mates. they can watch tv anytime with this roku version. they wont be disturbing their room mates..

Our OS in our Sony tv was starting to really get bad. After weeks of having to restart our smart tv just to get it to load netflix or other programs, I finally told my wife that we needed to get a Roku rather than buy another tv. We timed it, and it would take us 4 minutes to start up the tv and wait for it to load Netflix and play our show. After we setup the Roku, we timed it, 35 seconds from turning it on to the intro of The Office playing. This thing rocks! Would definitely recommend it to others who have very nice graphical quality tvs with garbage OS.

Really easy to use.Good product.Remote can be recharged and you can listen by plugging your earphones to the remote for private listening.

Great Roku. Ultra is the best way to go. Once in a while it will lose the wi-fi connection. Reconnecting using the included remote is easy. Might need to reboot the device sometimes and fixes any problems you may encounter. Sends perfect 4k images to 4k TV. The apps to all entertainment, News and lots of cool stuff. V lol

Easy to stream. Remote has all the necessary buttons and 2 programmable buttons to choose your favorites to quick launch. Voice control, and soft buttons and doesn't make noise like other cheaper Roku remotes. Remote control signal is strong, works through blankets and doesn't have to be pointed directly at TV to work. This Roku is good quality and responsive.

Ease of use love the voice control. Listen to a program with the ear buds and only you can hear the sound great for watching TV in the bedroom. Not bothering anybody. This is the top of the line .

So glad we bought this remote. It was easy to set up and love that we don’t have to replace batteries and this is so easy to charge.

Use this everyday. Highly recommend. The button to make the remote beep is highly useful. And the remote is rechargable

Best purchase ever! i was about to buy a new TV because of live sports were buffering all the time, however, Roku ultra solved my problem, and I enjoy my Sony TV now.

Best item to buy. I bought it on sale. It was $20 dollars less. Or you can even price match with Best Buys competitors. It will pay for itself. Very easy to use. Much better than a Spectrum box. No comparison. Why settle for a Spectrum box that still is on 1080p. Go 4k with this.

We have been streaming TV and movies for 8 years now. "Cut the cord" 8 years back. Have used the Fire.Stick, Chromecast, Xbox One and now the Roku Ultra. The Xbox was and is really good but it's on the back burner now. The real driving factor was the NFL+ app. The Xbox wouldn't play it, the FireStick would barely play it. But the Roku plays it without a hiccup. Trust me if it can make the NFL+ play well then it will stream any streaming service well and it does. I think the Roku Ultra was around $79. Worth every penny. If you're going to switch to streaming get the Roku Ultra for sure

This device is very easy to learn and works really well. I liked being able to program my favorite channels in my favorite list and also the quick buttons for my favorite streaming app. Also like that it's fully integrated with the TV and I only need this remote.

I got this as a replacement for an older unit I had. Currently have 3 of them in my house. Love the new remote. Cut the cord a year ago, and the Roku's made this possible. I also have a couple of Apple TV's, but the Roku's are my daily drivers.

The best for streaming. This is a new and improved item. I have had Roku products for a few years. No complaints.
