I much prefer this equipment to the ROKU stick I had before. It was easy to set up and I loved the rechargeable remote pro. I binge watch shows every weekend and this makes it a lot easier

Works great, and I like the voice control and the headphones option. The rechargeable battery is a nice feature, and it charges quickly, Our old smart TV had rather slow WiFi, but this unit handles our faster internet speed.

I bought this because my current Roku ultimate was glitching. I got the latest model and didn’t think it would be any better. I was pleasantly surprised! Better picture, performance. Nice!

i was using the fire cube from amazon it was constantly buffering. I decided to buy the Roku ultra it has worked perfect no buffering at all, and the picture is awesome.

Pros: -easy setup -all of the streaming apps you could want -Roku media player app can play files from local media servers (like from a NAS) -clean and simple interface -background themes change depending on the season -device is small enough to fit in small spaces -LAN port -remote has proper rewind and fast forward buttons -remote is comfortable for adult hands Cons: -initial setup did not detect TV’s correct resolution (but it was easy to fix) -Roku media player app is pretty basic (does not show video progress) -Roku app store is relatively small compared to Android TV

The Roku Ultra is quite simply the best streaming device I’ve found for lower bandwidth internet connections. The picture and sound are excellent and it comes with a great remote. Well worth the money.

Roku has been the answer to my tv buffering issues. Leave the TV to spend its energy on tv functions, let the ROKU’s processor handle the streaming. Quick navigation with the remote. Also nice upgrade to rechargeable remote.

The 4k is outstanding! I was skeptical about the quality I would receive. It is worth the money in gold . If you have a 4k tv pull the trigger. Easy setup. Sit back and enjoy.

What a difference! This 4k ultra is easy to add on to my new 85” Sony 4k tv. Roku is very simple to set up, and adding the tv to the remote took literally seconds ! Cheers Roku ! I’m a very happy user

I just purchased a Roku Ultra to replace an old Amazon Firestick that, even when new, was never as fast as this Ultra. It has an Ethernet connector as well as 2.4 and 5.0 GHz wireless options. It does not natively connect to my brand of wireless earbuds via Bluetooth, but that's not a big deal since the Roku app has an option to connect them to the app which in turn connects to the Roku unit, whereby the earbuds will pick up the streaming audio from the Roku Ultra unit. The downside is that Roku does not readily allow sideloading of apps from unknown sources via developer options enabled, but this also proves to not be a problem since I can easily stream certain content to the TV via Samsung's cast to TV option.

We love this device!!! It totally updated our older model TV so it works quickly without all the warnings and delays it used to have with our streaming services. Great remote too!

I have two others and I love them. So easy to use, I love the voice option on this instead of trying to type in something with the remote.

Roku Ultra 4K is very easy to install and use. I get good reception from my router which is upstairs in my house and my Roku is downstairs. I like the rechargeable remote.

Great product, very happy with purchase. I also have an older Roku that remote is failing on, price of replacement remote is almost half of new Roku ultra on sale.

This product works great to make all your tv needs in one place. New update drenote is great that it has rechargeable batteries and follows commands.

Much easier to use and better streaming service than working with my smart tv. My LG tv streaming took long time to load and crashed frequently. This Roku jumps from app to app and never crashes. Buy it. Voice commands work great as well.

The ROKU Ultra is a very good streaming device. It costs $99 but can occasionally be bought on sale for $80 and rarely offered for $70. The Amazon Fire Stick requires a separate $20 add-on to use headphones with the fire stick. The Ultra comes with a pair of headphones while the Amazon add-on does not, but who doesn't have a pair of headphones these days. The Fire Stick is a better value than the Roku and they both have the same functionality. The only unique thing that the Roku has is the ROKU channels - not a biggy. If cost is not an issue, go with the ROKU Ultra, otherwise I would recommend the Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max - $55 and on sale at times for $45.

Great features! The headphones are good for when other people don't want to listen to the tv. Easy set up. Just plug it in and follow the directions. Roku gives you step by step instructions. Just wish it was a little less expensive.
