It can be slow and it has some streaming issues even with a very fast broadband connection. The sound at times does not match the screen, as it is out of sync.

It works ok but is not in the same category as Apple TV eith operating system and picture quality. Remote is as if an afterthought cheap plastic and old design.

While both products are not perfect, they are far more responsive than the ROKU. The ROKU provided similar features as the other two devices, but it was very slow. I reconnected the other devices and returned the ROKU.

Super fast compared to the old HDMI stick it was replacing. The rechargeable battery is odd. Have to recharge it more than I thought I would. Don't even use the voice commands. I get 200mbs wifi speeds using the 5ghz band. Must set to your router 5ghz channel to 149 or the roku won't find the 5ghz .

Its okay but the hardware is obviously struggling to keep up with the OS and demanding streams. I don't think i was ever able to get it to display true 4K HDR content. I am instead using the Google Chromecast with TV 4K and it works much better.

Because I didn't pay Best Buy's $49.99 or $179.99 membership, too bad for me if the product fails after 15 days FROM PURCHASE. If I had to wait a few days to get it shipped to me, those days are not taken into Best Buy's return policy's 15 days, no matter if Best Buy sells you a defective product. Fortunately, Roku's customer service took care of me and will be swapping out for a new unit. Hopefully that one will work. No thanks to Best Buy.

We still have to pay for cable, but not the cost of individual cable boxes for our TVs. We are able to watch local channels, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount, and others for a fee. We are grateful for the savings we will have over the long run.
