They are easy to learn how to use and are simple once you learn. You do not have to learn each time you buy a newer model... it (so far for me) has stayed the same. I will continue to buy & use ROKU... and Best Buy is a great store to buy it from. ☆☆☆☆☆

I unplugged it as stated in TV. Restarting it didn’t work! No TV available for 2days…had to call in for geek squad to check it out. Offers to exchange it.. Then it just started working again…..I’m upset about it. But now it works….

Sir you have a problem good luck. I would rate much higher but I have a problem and there is zero help or support. Stay away from this company. As they don't care one bit about their customers

Finally upgraded to Roku 4's. The Roku 3's worked pretty perfectly for years, these Roku 4's lose audio and freeze often and require reboots all the time. What a shame. Way to go Roku.

The premier worked every time, the ultra glitches often and will stop whatever your watching and start a random show in its place. Super frustrating.

Over heats

Not Reliable

Not this one. The program starts, plays for a minute or two and stops. We are not using it. Too much trouble.

Well rounded streaming device, great for Plex

The rechargeable remote doesn't give enough notice that its batteries are running low, nor is the included charging cord long enough to really keep using it while it's charging.

So much free TV shows to watch it's awesome! I'll be saving $480 every year now with no cable/ subscriptions that I don't need. Love it!

Stops Working After Three months...TWICE!

They work great for a month and then you have to start rebooting them every time you use it, which is a pain in the a##. Then the thing stops loading completely and your $100 is flushed down the toilet. One would think companies could make things that actually work, this one doesn't.
