Love Roku. But I got the Apple TV 4K and it’s much better

Great product, I purchased 2 of these in the past week. Bestbuy you shouldn't advertise free 30 days of Fubo and not send the needed code, then when I call many times send me a code that I can't redeem. spent over 5 hours on phone calls for nothing and I still don't have Fubo code that works.

Works as described. However there are issues with playing what has been recorded, either there is no audio or recording won't play at all, the only way to fix it is by rebooting the Roku device either by powering it off/on or doing a reboot from the remote.

Awful. Most expensive Roku and just doesn't work. Video cuts in and out, picture quality is random, 1080p then 4k then back to 1080p, keeps going in a movie when you turn it off so you have to reverse when you go back to finish something.

This is one of the best Roku devices. It allows for the control to adjust the TV volume and turn it on so I don't need to use another remote. It's also fast to turn on and change "channels".

The ability to connect wired headphones is great when you want to sleep and your spouse wants to stay up late watching TV. The headphones included is a decent set but you can always upgrade.

Have owned this device for a while now and Roku continues to add more and more ads and boxes that clutter up the home screen. Eventually you might have room for an app or 2, but the rest will be ads and Roku buttons that you don't want and can't remove. Buyer beware on this one, or any Roku device for that matter.

This Roku player is a piece of crap. First, the video went out. It took me a little while to figure out what was going on, so I looked online and found out a solution. Then the audio went out. By that time my return window had disappeared so I was screwed. Do not buy this worthless purchase

This remote controls my newest Samsung TV, the voice search works well, and the earphones work well. This replaces an old unit and seems to change channels quite a bit faster.

There is no way to turn off the unit other than unplugging. It is always on. There are ads on the home screen and on the screen saver. What did I pay for exactly?

Great upgrade from my older Roku 3. I really like the roku app that lets me use my phone and Bluetooth ear buds to listen to whatever I’m watching without disturbing others.

I thought this would be a nice alternative to my fire stick. I was wrong. It's no better and sometimes actually worse. I would get black screens and occasionally no access to the home screen. It doesn't give me anything that I can't already get with the fire stick. A waste of money.

I'm not tech oriented and have always had cable before buying the Roku. I found it very difficult to use and its functions confusing.

Best Roku that I had so for. This is my fourth ROKU. Like the rechargeable remote. The 4K picture is awesome

The product did not work well with my audio system. I returned it and do not recommend it. I have a surround sound system powered by an excellent AV and amplifier but it would not work with this product was inconsistent sound quality was irregular

This works the best for me. It has most everything I want I was an original Roku buyer way back when and still have several attached to my tv's

I had a 1080p Roku on a TV able to do 4k. What a difference when the resolution changed. Please go get a 4k Roku streamer if you have a 4k TV.

after set up head set didn't work and remote went crazy switching channels So I returned it to store.

Absolutely love this. We have an older tv that will not update my favorite streaming channels. This roku solved all our issues.

Roku was one of the streaming OGs in my mind. I prefer the more modern feeling tv streaming platforms such as Google TV and Apple TV, however if you can get past Roku’s legacy style user interface it is a great product.
