Easy setup and options abound with this device. I love the fact that the remote can control the TV as well to make it easier for others in the house and no need to use multiple remotes. The fact that you can plug in the headphones to not disturb others puts it over the top.

I got this device to replace my firestick. It works way better and looks nice sitting under the Tv. Downloading apps is extremely easy and the remote is able to turn on and of TV as well as adjust volume of tv. The earbuds that came with it are great for late night watching. Highly recommend!

Bought this Roku to replace an older version so it was easy to set up. The Roku ultra streams in 4K HDR for better picture quality and comes with a voice remote with TV controls and personal shortcuts (Netflix, Hulu and 2 others you can personalize). Also includes headphones that connect to the remote.

This was my first time buying anything like this that has to do with streaming and I absolutely love it. I love the quality, how easy it is to use or customize and picture quality is excellent and it's also 4K and looks great on a 4K TV.

Bought this streamer for the main living room tv and so far I like it! Have had the Roku Stick for a long time and it was time to upgrade. Big difference in speed and how quick it loads. Main reason I got this one was because I can hard wire directly to router since this is the main tv we all watch. Remote find button is convenient since it's always getting lost with two toddlers around the house. Also being able to turn on/off the tv and adjust volume is awesome! I almost never use the tv remote anymore. Picking up the product was also great. Ordered on-line and did curbside pickup. They asked for the name the order was under and brought it out in about 2 minutes. Easy!! Happy with this purchase and Best Buy's curbside pickup service during Covid-19.

I think Roku devices are the best streaming devices available the interface is slick and easy to use and setup is simple. The ability to stream 4K movies at such a cheap price makes the Roku a great buy. My family and I stream Netflix, prime, disney+, vudu, sling and Hulu on our Roku device.

Number one thing is it's easy to use. You can control your TV or audio systems volume and power, it also comes with a remote you can plug headphones into...and it comes with JBL headphones...the app allows you to listen through your mobile device...if you have bluetooth headphones or even a bluetooth speaker connected to your phone it will pass the audio, very helpful and no special setup needed. Remote has voice control which can be done through the app as well, there is also a find remote button that helps you find it if it a buried in the couch. I haven't found a streaming service that isn't supported (you can even get Apple TV), this supports both the Charter Spectrum app as well as the beta Xfinity app, as well as the option for playback of USB storage content. This is a versatile product, unless you have a specific need outside of what this provides I wouldn't suggest anything else. Also thanks to Best Buy seasonal pricing I got it at an unbelievable price.

Loved the Roku built into the TV's in the bedrooms I recently upgraded to that I wanted one for my living room to access all the apps and content. Living room TV has google built in and I have to say the Roku user interface is waaaaayyyy easier to use. Tons of streaming apps, and a lot I've never heard of before, but it will recommend based on searching for content and watch history. Love that they put the voice option in the remote on this version, as the remotes on my TV's didn't have that, and is great for easy searching with just your voice. The initial setup of this device was great as well. I have a great 4K TV, but apparently I wasn't getting full 4K picture to my TV from receiver. This Roku box automatically detected my picture quality and ended up finding I had an old HDMI cable in the mix that wasn't up to the latest HDMI standard. Replaced that with a new HDMI cable and this Roku box now shows I'm getting full HDR 4K picture. Everything looks better now...thanks Roku!

I love this one it has the best features with not losing internet with the ethernet port, and also the expandable storage . Also the fastest, very easy to set up. No complaints from me. Also the remote control is great especially if you lose it, very easy to find. Just push the button on top of the Roku in the remote plays several different Tunes so you know where it is. I have really enjoyed it along with my daughter she loves it.

Love this roku unit. I upgraded/replaced a roku xd and wow! So much faster, much more streamlined. Love that I can get basically ever streaming channel or service on this unit. Remote works well. Wish I could change the quick launch buttons. Otherwise excellent.

I have an Nvidia Shield, some Amazon Firesticks (4K), and now the Roku Ultra. We are a cord cutting household. We use Plex, Youtube TV, Disney Plus, and Netflix. The Firesticks would buffer and was not the greatest interface. The Roku Ultra is definitely a huge step up over the Firesticks. No buffering and it responds quickly. Its perfect for the bedroom because the remote has a headphone jack (and it comes with a pair of headphones) so when your SO is wanting to go to sleep and she says "you can keep watching TV, it wont bother me" and then 5 minutes later "turn it down" and you cant hear the tv at all, you can plug the headphones into the remote and listen as loud as you want. Setup is easy as well.

I am very happy with this device. I was looking for a streaming device that had Peacock and NFL Sunday Ticket, and after some research, decided this Roku was the one for me. I had a Roku before smart TVs were a thing, and I was happy with it. So I was also interested in seeing how they've improved. Aside from streaming all the major services that I subscribe to, there are two things about this new Roku device that I'm extremely happy with. The first is the fact that I can plug my headphones into the remote. That way I can listen to shows late at night and not wake the family up. And the second thing is that it turns my TV on and off and turns the volume up and down. My TV remote wasn't working and now, I don't even need it because the Roku controls it all. Couldn't be more happy with how convenient this device is.

I bought the Roku Ultra 4K to replace a much older model which featured RCA jacks to connect to the home theater audio system. The old Roku was brutally slow - how our expectations about performance have changed over the years - and we were reluctant to use it very much. The Roku Ultra 4K is a big improvement. It now connects exclusively via HDMI and is very responsive to inputs. Set up was easy and there's a mobile app that allows you to control Roku with your smartphone (though I don't bother). The included headphones for private viewing / listening are a nice touch, but my home theater receiver supports Bluetooth so I typically go into private mode with my earbuds and don't bother with the Roku headset. So I can't say that Roku is better than other streaming video technologies, but it works well for our needs and allowed us to stick with our ancient TV for another few years.

Doesn’t get hot and runs faster than the sticks. Great picture quality. Love the ability to find the lost remote. Supports almost any service I want except HBO Max, which can be done through other services, so it works well for us.

The Roku Ultra is easy to use. It controls your TV volume, power and can mute the volume. It comes with headphones for private listening. When you plug in the headphones to the remote it mutes the sound from the TV. I would like the headphones to be used with the TV sound on and adjust the volume of the headphones but it doesn't work that way. That is the only negative I have about the Roku Ultra.

This is my first Roku device. I bought the Ultra because I wanted to be able to use ethernet, instead of using WiFi. You do have to set up a free Roku account, but that is not an issue in my book. Setup is very simple and quite fast, just follow the guided instructions. Navigation is quick and easy to follow. Apps are easy to install and delete. I like that the search engine works across the different apps. The apps that I use the most are Xfinity Stream, Plex, Peacock, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. All of these apps work very well and look fantastic. My son really likes the built in headphone jack on the remote and the JBL headphones. I am very happy with my purchase and wish I had actually bought a Roku sooner.

This product was so simple to set up and the quality of choices available are outstanding. I have a Firestick as well, but I think I like the Roku more! Voice remote and headphones are a plus to have!

I already had a Roku Streaming Stick+, but I bought the new Roku Ultra (2019) for the wired connectivity option and the mute button on the remote. The interface is very snappy/fast and the picture is outstanding. It sits near my router, so I am happy to have a wired connection. The Mute button makes it so I can put away my other remote. Great device!

Easy set up, fast, and has everything you need to stream and cut the cord. Honestly it seems like my picture quality has even improved. Bought two of these on a black friday sale and haven't looked back at cable!

Roku continues to be the king of the streamers for the price! I got this ne wise I was having some control issues with my control 4 system in my place. Control 4 can read Roku and the remote can be used fully. This made it easy for me to handle everything and all streaming is now done through the Roku on a I put through my receiver. I have a 4K receiver and this Roku is 4K and I see no noticeable video degradation going direct to the apps through my Samsung Qled and this. Really, for the price it’s a steal. It can’t get a couple of apps (HBO max, yet...) but basically everything else. Sure, you could get an Nvidia which does more but they are $300+ and 99% of people don’t need all those features.
