Loved the idea of a retractable cord, however it makes the iron too long and looked like it would easily tip over. I preferred the same iron without the retractable cord, the best iron I've used, makes ironing a breeze as it is hot enough to smooth and dry quickly without scorching. This model I would give all 5 gold stars.
