It has a very long shaft which I like. But I don't use the automatic feature, I end up doing it myself more often than not.

Bought this for myself but couldn't figure out how to use it. LoL. Gave it to my granddaughter who has very long hair. She loves it.

Purchased this for my daughter as a Christmas present. It isn't quite what she asked for (didn't know that when I purchased it) but she likes it and uses it.

Works efficiently but can takes some time to get the hang of it..

I'm so glad that this curling iron went on sale again. The first time I bought it, it was on sale but to my disappoint it was used. I was not happy to receive a product from BB that was used! I returned it not knowing if it will ever go on sale again. When I saw it, I bought 2 just case I ran into the same issue. When I picked it up, both were new. I love how awesome 2 buttons does all the rotating in either direction. I ended up giving the other one to my sister and in law. I highly recommend it when it goes on sale again, make sure to buy it!

Pros: Seems quality built but at the price of a laptop it very well should be. Cons: The large barrel wouldn't allow my wife to get curls to hold well. Also it seems to be unnecessarily complicated for the simple task.

I have only used it once but I like that it automatically returns so you don't burn your scalp or get the iron stuck in your hair. Don't have a lot of time to curl my hair but am anxious to try it again.

It's good enough to use, just like other reviews said.

I have got no negative feedback from recipient of the gift so thinking Rowenta is as good as other products I have of theirs...would give a 5 star but until I hear back will only give 4

The curling iron leaves a nice smooth curl. The automatic spin takes some getting used to, not to mention, you need to adjust your grip to line up the hair clip. Overall nice iron.

An easy to use curler that helped my sister with her daily curling. Heat up pretty quickly and doesn't burn your hair.

The iron is so large and heavy that it was almost impossible to use. I'm sure it is a quality iron if you don't mind the size and weight.
