    I purchased as a birthday gift and it had the WOW factor. It comes in this Sturdy case and was easy to remove. She couldn't wait and turned it on immediately. I recommend a buy on this product. Overall I'm so impressed with my satisfaction with Best Buy I don't price shop or quality shop because I feel confident I'm getting the best price,quality and value for my shopping experience.

    I'm not impressed with this curling iron. Maybe I need to get more used to it, but the shortened iron on the barrel (not sure what it's actually called that), makes it hard to properly grasp and roll my hair. This may be more suitable for those with longer hair than mine, although my hair is a little past my shoulders. I'm glad I only paid $20 for it.

    This is a large iron, and kinda hard to operate. But it has a motor to swirl, and you don't need to turn by hand. It is actually very well made and substantial unit, a little too awkward for a single person to operate - it is more like a professional tool in hair salon. Not easy for quick curls at home.

    My 12 year old granddaughter became frustrated with the instructions. If she had been a little more patient maybe we would not have had to return it.
