I was in need of replacing my very high dollar professional (not worth the cost) hair dryer after 4 years. I came across this hair dryer in a Best Buy Deal of the Day. I had heard of Rowenta products but had never owned any. I am very pleased with the dryer settings it has medium high speeds and 3 temps with a cool shot button to cool yourself off while drying. I like this better than the one I had because it gets hot enough to dry your hair without burning your hair or scalp in the process. I wish the cord was just a tad bit longer but it's long enough to dry your hair comfortably. It is a little loud but not loud like some that sound like screeching and ear straining loud. If you are challenged like I am blow drying like a stylist you will be happy to know the back end cover has a very fine grated cover so your hair does not easily get through and get caught in the fan. It feels light weight and comfortable to hold for an extended period while drying your hair but it does seem to me to dry my hair quicker. I wished I would have purchased the curling iron at the same time on the Deal of the Day. I love this dryer and glad I waited to replace my old one until I found this one.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She says it is quieter and dries her hair faster than her previous ionic hair dryer. She just saw her beautician and did not receive the usual lecture on heat damage to her hair. I am pleased.

Gets hot, blows good. Fairly quiet compared to cheaper dryers. Cord is seriously heavy duty...and long, in fact so long gets in the way. Cord would be better half the length, thus only 4 stars.

Very good quality dryer, looks and operates as advertised. It is fairly light and quiet, although the nozzle could be a bit narrower to increase air flow power. I will recommend this product.

I've had my hairdryer for over a month now. I read reviews before purchasing this blowdryer. A lot of reviews mentioned it was heavy, I wouldn't say it's that heavy but don't expect a light blowdryer. I love the "care" feature. It drys my hair fast. Definitely recommend this blowdryer.

Best is the warm actually is warm. All of my past dryers are too hot when on warm. Works great for me. I have thick hair and a bad shoulder, so I use a dryer stand. It fits nicely into the stand holder.

I bought this hair dryer on sale as part of a daily deal and I must say it is the best hair dryer I've ever owned. It drys quickly and evenly all while being not too noisy.
