I like them. I have small inner ears so the over-the-ear helps with them staying put

This product works extremely well, just be careful with the charge ports, as I’ve found they can be finicky and hard to plug in. Trying to plug my left bud in, the port came loose and was unable to charge though it worked fine. Fortunately, Rowkin has excellent customer service and, with a picture of my receipt, they are shipping me a completely new unit in exchange for the old one!

I had not heard of this brand so I was a little unsure of how they’d sound but I must say I am impressed . They are quite loud with just the right amount of treble & bass. They also have a very sturdy case that you can charge with a usb cable & then connect your headphones & charge them in the case & take them with you. Each earbud has its own cable in the case for charging. They have individual controls for volume on each earbud & they’re easy to reach. Different sizes of inserts are included for fit, I used the ones that were in it & they fit fine, didn’t fall out & I have small ears. They are sweat & water resistant & you can quick charge for 10 min.. for one hour of music or for full power charge for one hour. I didn’t try Siri or Google assist or talk on the phone features yet. They are truly wireless & seem sturdy but that adds to them also being a bit bulky. What I didn’t like is there weren’t any instructions, none at all on how to connect, I didn’t find an app so I just pushed & held power button & then could pair it with my iPod , pairing was a bit tough because as one connected the other one disconnected, after several try’s I finally got both paired. You also have to be near your device because the range isn’t that great, you start to break up & lose connection if you’re not close by. The pros outweigh the cons though, so I’d recommend them.

This is my first pair of wireless Bluetooth headphones. They synced and paired as per instructions and the confirmation voice is helpful.
They feel comfortable. Noise isolation could be a bit better but it is not an electronic feature. They feel secure due to the loop for the ear.

Really solid set of earbuds. They are super secure for working out and I think that is the ideal purpose for them. The pairing works very easily and the connection and sound is high quality. Sort of non-standard for day to day use but absolutely wonderful for working out!

Recently purchased the Rowkin headphones for workout purposes. They are great for running and stay in my ear without falling out. These headphones appear to be sweatproof so far, which is great. I like that they have a storage/charging travel case, which has been great for traveling. I would recommend these to a friend.

I was looking for headphones and these had good reviews so I decided to try them and I was actually surprised with the quality. The battery does tend to drain faster then other headphones I've tried. But overall they are good quality!

There great and stay on the ears But I can’t figure out how to connect both earbuds to my phone at the same time. The instructions need more info about how that works

Rowkin who?

The first thing I thought of when I opened the Rowkin Surge Charge headphones was a company had purchased an overstock of old Bluetooth cell phone headsets and are re-selling them in pairs.
Each unit is a stand-alone unit and while the instructions say to pair the right side first then turn on the left, either one can be master or slave for stereo pairing and if you just want one, that’s fine too. Each unit has its own volume up, down and control/power button. When they are paired, the volume button on either unit controls the total volume, not individual ear piece. The volume buttons also change tracks when held longer. The control button answers the phone and the volume buttons + and - when pressed together put a call on mute.
The good:
Bass. These headphones have the best bass of any of the wireless headphones I’ve tried. The sound over all is very good with bright highs, decent mid-range and TONS of bass.
Volume. These headphones have more than enough volume to blast out any outside noise.
The fit. The ear clip keeps these headphones secure enough for just about any workout. I was not concerned about them falling off during a bike ride or run.
The bad (really just not so good):
The fit. The headphones come with three sizes of rubber tips and do not include a memory foam type tip. The sized tips fit on a large round protrusion from the headphones, I presume this is what allows the great bass. It also seems to hinder the fit in my ear just a bit. The piece that wraps around the ear to hold the headphone on is adjustable however.
The delay. There is a noticeable delay between ears. This is not horrible, in fact, it kind of makes it seem you are in a large theater or venue.
Ability to hold a signal. There were many times when one side (the slave side) would drop out for a fraction of a second or more.
No app to control the headphones or sound.
Phone calls. Not the best sounding phone call I’ve ever had but I was able to carry a conversation with no difficulty.
Battery life. My use of a headphone consists an hour-long commute to and from work. I’ve been able to get 3 days of listening on one charge. I have not listened to these in one continuous four or five hour burst to see if they live up to their stated 5-hour battery life in one set. I am totally turned off by the charging as noted below.
The ugly:
The charging case! Rather than simply placing the units in the case to charge, you have to pull the plastic cap off a micro USB charging port and plug a cable into each of the headphones. This alone would be enough for me not to recommend these to a friend and is the reason for the 3 stars. The case does have its own battery but you could just as easily charge each one with a standard cell phone charger if you wanted.
Overall, I would recommend these to a friend if they were on sale, only for the sound. I believe there are better options available.

The battery life isn't great. I didn't realize that the left one wouldn't have sound during a phone call but it does for media play. Depending upon the price, it is a pretty good deal...
