    I purchased this to make copies of home video DVDs (not copyrighted DVDs). What a waste of time (and money). My computer (running Win 10) crashed repeatedly as soon as I tried to do any copying. Uninstalled, reinstalled, updated software ... nothing worked. And Best Buy's attitude ... "Not our problem ... we don't guarantee any software we sell ... it's your loss." After spending tens of thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the past five years (outfitting new homes with TVs and surround systems), I'm done. See ya, Best Buy.

    You'd be better off using downloaded software. This product doesn't add anything different than most free software. I'd pass on this one.

    The key that came with the item wasn't valid. I had to call their manufacturer to get it fixed because Best Buy couldn't help. It took over 2 weeks to get a new key. By then, the product was not needed. Very disappointed that this item was useless and not able to launch when purchased.

    Poor instructions. Also false up front advertising. I was looking to put my DVD collection on my computer but this blocks content due to copy right rules. But I was not trying to copy them just put them on my hard drive. Very disappointed.
