    Software was easy to install and instructions for use were great. Actual use of the software for transferring videos was easy but I thought there should be better technical support for individual questions.

    Easy to use and a great buy. I had a earlier version on my old Windows Vista computer. This can be used by a 2 year old. Drag and drop, what could be easier.

    Skeptical about purchasing this product. I wanted NERO and they just happen to out that day. This software was recommended by the salesclerk. The price was reasonable. Installed beautifully with no problems and was extremely easy to use. You can back up & copy, create photo slide shows, create dvds and create custom music Cd mixes...Very Happen with this software.

    I bought this product to burn my childhood home movies, that were copied from VHS on to DVD, on to other DVDs to give to my mother. The software was easy to install, easy to use, self explanatory, and can be used with a single disc drive. The only problem I had was not being able to copy to the discs I bought because they weren't the same type. So make sure, if you're copying discs, to use the same type of discs as the original.

    I had previously utilized Roxio (free version) to Burn DVDs to view on Television. I worked great. So I bought this. It works as expected.

    Roxio is a program that is fast and easy to use. I have two hundred hime burned movies to copy. have copy 41 so far.

    You almost don't need the instructions to make the recordings. Just need to be careful on naming the files.

    Had different old computer. New computer did not have same application. Needed Roxio to open old files. Gotit. All is well!
