    I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The only reason I do no recommend the VHS-Video capture card is because of the HORIBBLE customer support and technical support from Roxio. This item did not work out of the box even after following the download and install instructions. I spent hours and hours and days trying various things and trying to get hold of Roxio. After two weeks, a friend of mine figured out why it was not working. Roxio was no help what so ever. There are hundred of social posting of people having the exact same problem I had. I will not volunteer the fix simply because Rocio ain't paying me. Don't buy!

    The software is so old, I'm surprised you sell this item. There is an update available online but compadible

    Used it until the old VCR gave out. Only downside was you are limited in quality by the length of the tape. Not the products fault.

    When I asked a best buy employee if their was a cable to connect a cassette deck to a computer with a USB cable cause he wanted to copy his cassette tapes go the computer. Well he first said he didn't have anything that would work, but then pointed this out. It was a big pricy, but is seem to working. He has alot of VHS tapes and this would be a great product to convert them to dvd.
